Keep driving and go to the next Applebees. Servers were nice but they are not efficient. They need to write orders down multiple mistakes due to lack of listening and writing.

This place is ok. One of the waiters took really long to get us our drinks :/.

Definitely much better than it used to be

Honestly if I could I would choose no stars. Never have I ever experienced such disdain for customer service! I ordered the new Smothered Fajitas which are supposed to be smothered with queso on a sizzling fajita plate. What I received was nothing like the picture on the menu that had me salivating and eager to try this new item. The server actually was going to charge me for an advertisement that Applebee's failed to deliver on. Instead the manager arrived at our table and could only say "it's there it's just on the bottom." Now I'm no fajita expert but i am a visual person, so with me remembering the picture I was absolutely appalled at the lack of urgency the staff felt towards rectifying the situation. All i needed was a little extra cheese. Shame on the manager Freddie for costing his wait staff a tip and his store revenue when all he had to do was smother my fajitas!!!

Services was great To getting the food in a timely manner was good.

The waitress didnt know about the commercial advertised Burger,Fies and Drink special for $9.99.She confirmed it was a actual special and it was "yes". The Burger was Hot,big, moist, flavorful and made to make request.The French fries were hot and fried perfectly.The waitress was extremely nice(Leah) Thanks for a great burger Applebees

Place a take out order, the customer service was great, they took the to bring my delicious Buffalo Wings to my car

Attended an event there. Didn't visit for the food.

Love love love Applebee's. What makes me unhappy about them is that there advertised specials are not always honored at every single Applebee's. I've had this issue more than once at more than one Applebee's.

Everything was outstanding especially our bartender she handle our orders perfectly

Nice costumer service when I order take out. Call over the phone but the order was too much wen it and the order taker had most of my order save.

Staff was nice. We were seated quickly and the waitress was great. Didn't write anything down but remembered what we ordered kinda waitress. Hubby and I ordered steaks that were good. They were on a sizzling platter which I'm not a fan of, but I guess is fine, but it was so hot that it overcooked the steak and burnt the potatoes a bit. And then I had to wait at least 10 min to eat it.

Overall good experience. Would definitely go back.

Worst service every , I wish Google would let me.... Boi, the manager on this day with he gold tooth black guy was so rude. I hate that we had ever came after my sister's graduation. Yes a day that was supposed to be memorable horrible service. I will be back and this time without family and I wanna see how a real 8oz steak is supposed to look..... An if he has as much to say...

Service at the tables where bad and took the host 15mins just to notice we haven't been seen. So we sat at the bar. She came fast to take our orders. The drink was pretty strong and in could taste bubbles n my liquor but never the less I finished it and we paid and left. As for other customers, there was a couple who came in before me and by the time me and my friend we're leaving THEY WHERE JUST GETTING THEIR ORDER TAKEN! I SUGGEST if u want faster service JUST SIT AT THE BAR THE LADIES ARE FAST but their attitudes are nasty but I personally think because of the large crowd and one of them was kind of sick

Only 4 tables full and its taking forever to get my food 25 mins later still dont have an appetizer or entre. HORRIBLE

It a place you just have to see for yourself. I love it and will continue to go there til they knock the building down.

Food and drinks were good. Bartender was attentive. Has a police officer outside. It's been too cold in there all week. It's been in the upper 60's and low 70's so far this week.

Good customer service and I love their bourbon chicken meal.

Food was okay.. Service was poor.. I ordered the new pork chop with shrimp topping french fries and broccoli the food came to the table cold we sent one plate back we also sent the french fries and the broccoli from my porkchop plate back the one plate came back warmed ..but my French fries and broccoli never came back the bill came back but still no french fries and broccoli

Food was good, as expected from Applebee's. But our waiter was slow, came back 3 times to correct a beer order (beer not available twice, then no tall glass); got my beer when my entree was done...

The bartender was VERY friendly. The food was very good and the server was excellent. This was a step up from what we usually endure from this Applebee's Restaurant.

Ordered Pickup. The girl behind the counter seemed annoyed I was even there. It also always wasn't until after I paid that I noticed a roach on the wall. Smh. Would not go back at all.

Service was slow. Waitress was friendly and atmosphere was pleasant.

Food was horrible. My daughter's boneless wings were hard, my rice was hard, my friends loaded bake potato was not done, manager had a blue tooth on his ears while talking to customers, we could hear him talking about us to the waitress and he laughed when we said something.

The service was very slow because our waiter had a party and she complained that the host shouldnt have add more people on her

No waitresses and it about an hour and a half to be seated and there was no one in the seats not good

My mom and I ordered online and the food was awful. My fries were hard, my ribs had little to no sauce, and my mac n cheese was hard. Only good thing is, we were given a remake, but it took 20-30 mins

Applebee s was my go-to place to eat after running errands after work on Fridays. I ve had to stop going to this location closest to me and now go less frequently to a location further away because of how horrible this local restaurant has become. Rude waiters, incorrect orders, long wait-times for anything from drinks to placing orders, and being out of components of entrees (no pico de Gallo for the fiesta lime chicken, no marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks, no Sprite) are all reasons I ve had to stop going. I still have cravings for the foods as they are some of my favorites, but to endure the struggle of ordering and literally feel like a burden for dining in is too much to deal with after a long day at work.

Service was horrible I did car to go no one came out I had to get my food it was cold and nasty employees were talking about rappers I had to get their attention to get my food that was sitting there getting cold

Food was great but there was a long wait time due to there not bring enough staff to cover tables

Portion of food was less then the other and customer service was great

Was provided with spectacular service by Christin. Would have given 5 stars but the ladies room needed some TLC.

Gave us uncooked steak when we ordered well done manager was rude it took forever to get our bills and kept giving wrong bills. The waitress tried to charge for the order she gave incorrectly.... I feel like this location is not the one to go

Had me on hold for 10 minutes to tell me they cant take my order over the phone, so I ordered online, all them are rude as hell. Smh happens everytime but theres no others in this area closer. Recommend ordering from the one in snellville

Even though they didn't have enough waitress they seem to make my order come out fast and it was delicious

Worst Applebees I've ever been to, and I've been to PLENTY! My family and I visited on a Saturday as soon as the doors opened. I was totally expecting fresh food. How is it that my food tasted old and cold?! I'm convinced that it was leftovers warmed up from the night before. The way it was plated was messy. The celery for the wings were old, discolored, and soft. And the chicken fingers were dry with just a handful of fries on the side. Unfortunately it was too EARLY to order a drink because I needed one by then...I will never visit this location again!

Seated in the back booth it was too cold. Boneless wings had a glob of sauce poured over them. Saucers were dirty. Server CJ aka Calvin kept forgetting order or bring wrong order even after "writing it down". All the servers looked tired except the barmaid.

I paid with $100 bill Calvin breaks bill down brings back money and say I can pay my bill any way I want to "duh" I thought that's what I was doing when I handed you cash. But it was done to get a tip......I know its 2 for $25 but that steak is too small for real. Even paying the $3 upgrade did not help either. The steak was a serving size for a toddler.

A little wait in spite of it not being busy and plenty of seating available. That aside, our server Sonya was very attentive and friendly as well as the rest of the staff we encountered. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Went here last night with my family... The food was terrible and the service was the worst!!! One of the employees was charging her phone where we sat. The waiter had no clue and neither did the management. The house margarita taste awful.. NEVER GO HERE. LOOK FOR ANOTHER APPLE BEE'S

Horrible food here...Save your money, taste buds and time and just go somewhere else. That is all.

The place wasn't even busy but yet it took 45 minutes for our appetizers to come out. Then, when our entree's came out, one plate was on the brit of being cold while the other one grilled chicken was overcooked. The waitress didn't have a clue and finally suggested they make one plate over. Lo and behold the plate was dirty and fed up at this point we asked for the manager, the lady manager was no better. She offered us some dessert. No customer service or service recovery skills at all. We will not visit this location no time soon and I'll be sure to spread the word.

A daycare full of kids could run this place better than the retards that work here.

I love Applebee's, but I especially love the ribs that they're not serving this season.
