Waited 15 minutes with no waitress, and another 9 minutes for a manger to hear my complaint. He was reply was ok.... maybe I should have expected that service for the area I was in.

Server did not check on our needs enough. Ran out of drinks and took forever to put in food order.

Even tho it s been some years since I ve been to this location, the food is still great. The online ordering process was simple & efficient. When I went to pick up food I was greeted & shown where to get my order.

Menu needs to change food is okay just not fun anymore for regulars,in the city it's karaoke maybe they need that

This applebee was pretty good, and the food is great. The employees are great and it's been there for a while. It's worth checking out if you're in the area enjoy yourself

Its okay here the service sucks sometimes. The waitresses all look like somebody made them come to work.

The worst restaurant experience ever. After being sat at our table we waited over 20mins and were never greeted by a waiter. Got up to ask the host what was going on she along with another employee had no idea who our waiter was or what happened to the host that sat us. She kept asking me "who sat us" "did we seat ourselves". After listening to them go back and forth about who our waiter could possibly be I sat back down. Waited at the table another 10mins still no one ever came to the table to introduce themselves. We never even received silverware. We left so upset.

Customer service sucks I waited over 30 minutes for a table all because I had a baby with me. Then they didn't know how the car seat was supposed to go in the highchair. It was totally unprofessional. Food was good. Server was great.

I went to Apple B's on Memorial Drive for staff appreciation. Just to say thank you to staff for working with me to cover open shifts & for all their hard work. The service was great & i watched her pack the bags then she grabbed a handful of ketchup & apparently roaches as well. I am still yet to receive a call back after i called them. The curbside service was good & the food was good. The pics are on my facebook page Ingrid Ebanks-Davis of the dead roaches in my bag. If i had received the courtesy of a returned call as i was informed i would receive this post would have been avoided. There are a lot of us who frequent ghis establishment from DeKalb County Jail because it is so convenient. Hopefully in the future this does not happen to anyone else.

Great food wonderful staff.but our server was terrible.

Not going to return. Hostess seemed to not want to be working. Waitress messed up our order. Drinks were not made properly. Food was ok. Every food chain has bad restaraunts, this was one of theirs.

I went there on my birthday and I didn't get a free dessert I didn't get a happy birthday no one came over to sing like I expected more. Then they have this special going on where you supposed to get free onion rings if your waiter/waitress doesn't suggest a certain drink and I had asked my waitress what she would suggest for my drink and she didn't suggest the drinks on the poster so I asked for the onion rings and didn't receive them. The food was good I really liked it, but the next morning I was sick to my stomach. I easily love applebees but that experience makes me not want to return.

The service was awesome. The waitress was attentive to our needs and meals were on time w/o incident.

First time at this Applebee's and placed take out order for the loaded shrimp and chicken fajitas. The meals were delicious and the portion was good. Will definitely order from location agsin.

It's OK. Another franchise brick n mortar. Order top shelf long Island ice tea and low and behold NO Liq.. According to the Gen manager it's their house blend. No problem order Sprite. Still waiting on the Sprite. The pictures tell it all.

Hi, I visited the location in Decatur on the evening of the 19th India was my waiter after 20 minutes of being seated. We ordered two 2for $25 meals and boneless wings. The first order was sizzling steak & shrimp. The meal was not hot and had been sitting for a while the plate did not come out sizzling and we said something about it the waiter assured me that it was hot and fresh (which it was not) and we requested to send it back.

The second meal I ordered was Steak and mash. Medium well steak. The steak was undercooked and the mash had been on the cool side. I said something to the waiter and again she assured me that it was just made.

The third meal was my biggest issue for the evening this was the fiesta chicken. The chicken that was served was raw or frost bitten and well undercooked. One cut and we noticed immediately that it was not done. I took pictures. When the waiter returned I requested the manager her name is Gal. The manager did not come to table until 15-20 minutes after the request. The food sat for this entire time under the cold A/c. She comes out I state my problem she then takes my food and says it s time for coaching leaves and come back 8-10 minutes later with a peice of chicken and a food temperature reader saying sir we did not give you raw chicken it s over the temperature it was cooked at I simply responded I don t agree and I know what I tasted and what I see. She then said well we didn t give you raw chicken and I ll just take it off your bill I was not happy at that point she did not even offer to replace my meal.

Finally we requested the bill and when we received it there is a $5.00 employee discount on the bill totaling a $65.90 bill. I felt absolutely insulted behind the food and the way she reacted to my complaint and then to add insult to injury she removes $5.00. (Note) I did not touch the plate of food other than the cut chicken. She did not replace my food. Meaning I paid $20 for a undercooked steak and cold mash. Needless to say I m completely disappointed with service, food & management this has been my worst Applebee s experience. I have the pictures and receipts if needed

Horrible service this is my second visit and both times i waited over 10 mins to receive menus and put in my drink order just to wait another almost 20 mins to have my food order taken...Mind you it was only about 7 people sitting at tables so it wasnt busy...both times i went between 9 and 10 on weekdays...my service was so horrible im calling corporate

Service was a bit slow, especially because the restaurant was relatively empty. Steak and chicken dishes both significantly under seasoned, and way over cooked. Everything that should be juicy was dry. The food also ended up making me sick. Will not be going back.

I just ate there and my grill chicken wasnt done..only stemed at tha end...still kinda raw

It's ghetto here I like it tho... I usually get my food in a decent amount of time but it's always someone next to me or a table near me with someone complaining about the time it's taking to get there food.. but again I don't have that problem when I'm there

I will never eat here again. This place has the worst service and the waitresses were slow. My food was over cooked. The drinks were water down. This place is horrible.......and I mean horrible.

While sitting at the bar, the smell is ridicolous. They need to clean under the trays or I've station. It smells SOOOOOOOO SOUR THE SMELL WILL RUIN YOUR WHOLE APPETITE

Took 30 minutes for someone to greet us after we had been seated and the waitress said it was because the hostess sat us in a area that wasn't supposed to be seated . Only half of our drinks came out. The alcoholic beverages were watered down and the best tasted like soap. Food came out cold.

Giving a 5 star only because of the service. Everyone was professional and nice. However everytime I go to ANY Applebee's I realize the reason why I never suggest going there. Applebee's menu is boring to me and the food isn't all that. I had the shrimps and grilled chicken on openfire. It was so nasty!!. If I return in the future I'll only order wings, quesadilla burger, or if they have the all you can eat tenders and riblets

What you would expect from an Applebees but that's not necessarily a bad thing

It was ok. They only bring you two bones at a time, I thought ther were being stingy when it was suppose to have been all you can eat and not tease you.

It actually exceeded our expectations. Food was cooked very well. My steak was medium just like I ordered . Server seemed liked she might be newer but she did a great job and was very nice. Wish I had got her name to put down here.
Update....visit#2 food was great. Service was friendly and food was brought out in a timely manner, good job Kion.
