I didnt want to give this poor excuse for an establishment any stars but they dont have an option of 0 stars.. As soon as you walk in the floors were disgusting. I use to come to this Applebees once a week but never again! My food was COLD & as i sent it back the waitress came back & said he said he will take the food off your bill & thats it. I said excuse me & she said he said because they are busy he doesnt have time to remake yoir food. Now on all places I could have chosen to eat from on MOTHER'S DAY i chose here & he saying i don't get to eat unless i eat thar cold food.. I then ask for the manager to come explain to me the logic behind this foolishness. After 10 mins of waiting a different manager comes over & she ask whats wrong- i know the waitress told but i proceeded to repeat what happen. She says oh i didnt make that call so what do you want me to do... I asked her for corporate numbers & their names she walked off & never returned. TALK ABOUT RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!

The food was good. Would have been better hot. We were there on a Friday night. They forgot to bring our food out. Rest of party was eating.. My sister & I received our food right before closing. We had to box it up & take home. We would have refused but I was hungry. Drinks were left at bar long time sitting before we received them. Mgmt didn't come to table to address issue. He did send officer to say we closed. Explain to him we just got the food. We got there around 12 and my sister asked was it too late to order food and they said no. Later I realize there were other people who were there before us that didn't have food. There was a lady that ugly across from us and she was pouting I thought she had an argument with her boyfriend but the food arrived and she got up and walked out they had been waiting a very long time. She said she didn't want it. Our waiter was trying but he was new so he didn't know the menu yet and they were understaffed. a sister never got her free buffalo wings because they didn't mention the drink specials. Don't think I'll be coming back there for a while unless it's take out and I ordered it earlier. We had to box appetizer & meal. I could go on about everything else that was wrong but I'm tired

I came here on a Saturday night, so it was packed as expected. Wait time for our food was about half an hour, but the staff members were so sweet and kind. Special thanks to jasmine b & Cameron. They were so kind!!! Definitely will come back here again. Service/food was awesome and welcoming.

It was wonderful. The server was nice the hostess was nice.

The service was excellent we didn't have to wait very long it was Veterans Day. Everyone was working very hard to accommodate all the vets that was entering their establishment. The meal selection was limited but the food was very good.

The food was stale and there was a roach in the restroom...

Long wait for food that was called in for to-go. Ordered rare steak. Got well done. Soggy croutons in salad. Order missing baked potato. I've had a good meal here previously but this was a let down. Expect long waits for dining in always.

This place had about 10 customers sitting and the wait time was 30 minutes before anyone else would be seated due to the lack of employee present.

We ordered 4 desserts to go and they were awful. One was an Oreo milkshake. It was water ice and some kind of Oreo powder only partially blended. The apple fritter was burnt and not even worth eating.

Slow service and the place wasnt packed... the food was mediocre...drinks were good though

We're sitting for 30mins b4 we stopped a waitress to order n still never saw who our waitress was

It is horrible the waiter suck. The BBQ chicken was cold and hard

I ordered the Whiskey Burger and it was made within a timely manner..they also are social distancing which is good..I went when at about 12p or so and was very few customers which probably explains why my order was done in a couple of minutes...

Service sucks big time. Sat at the bar.... Took almost 10 minutes for bartender to take my drink order and that's only because I huffed and puffed and stood up beginning to leave. He never asked how my drink was.... I had to flags him (bartender) down
20 minutes later to order a burger and fries.... Never checked on me to see if I needed napkins (I did) so I wound up using the little ones that they sit your drink on. I'm thirsty again.... But nearly 45 minutes in the joint and the bartender has responded to me twice after I nearly forced him to. Actually had to knock in the bar in an attempt to pay my check... His response was... Your check is right there. I literally stood up in the middle of the floor and in my right military voice "asked" was there someway I could pay my bill? Waitress gives me one of those little machines and puts my bill in it.... Before I leave I check my account and have been charged twice. I ask to speak to the manager ... I ask WHY my bill was charged twice... Her response was if there is a mistake it will automatically come off.... She did not answer the question as to WHY the bill was charged twice. I Tell her yeah okay but WHY? Her response to me was I answered your question and walked away. We play cat and mouse... I call 911... They don't show. I have been this location during the day for lunch, etc.... Never a problem tip is usually 25 to 30% .... Never in my life have I been treated like this ever. This place after dark is a dive!!!

Love the bartender was pleasant. Drinks and food were great.

My Cigna health plans awarded me a $100 gift card and Apple Bee's honoured my card with out hesitation. The food is great the alcohol beverages are The Best!!

The hamburgers and boneless wings combo items were REALLY good but..what sports bar has ONE bartender on a Sunday afternoon during football season?!! This was 1/15/20. She didn't even know the diff between gold and silver Sauza tequila. Waitress Amber was very accommodating considering the lack of bar support.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Horrible service and that $2 is a waste of 8 quarters. Tried to charge for bottle water but didn't say it cost to get it. Will not go back there EVER

I was not pleased with the long wait time because they did not have enough employees to handle the crowd. When we asked to speak to the manager we were told that she was in the kitchen helping the cook and could not come out to speak to us. The hostess at the front door was very polite she did the best she could with what she had to work with and that was not very much. The only reason they got two stars was because of the waitress her name was Latosha. This young lady went above and beyond to make sure that we got our food and it was hot. She apologized for the long wait and offered us something to drink. From the time we entered the restaurant until the time we got our food was an 1 hour and 18 minutes. But we never met the manager. I will NOT be going back to this Applebee's.

Poor service. Not enough wait staff or bartenders. Something nasty on the silverware.

Good turn up late night spot on the Eastside. No one thing is spectacular but you'll have fun and of course with AB comes the great drinks, good food for low prices!

Takeout on Mother's Day. Food was good but skimpy. Ran out of Baked Potatoes so they substitute Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Very skimpy on the potatoes. Pasta w/Prime Rib was so, so, so skimpy. For the prices, portions need work.

The service i received on September 20th 2018 was absolutely the worse. I ordered a steak (medium) i got a well done steak. My boyfriend ordered the brisket Tacos and it came out looking nothing like the picture on the menu. It was just meat no toppings. We was there for over an hour had to ask for refills. The level of service we received tonight was at an all time low, but to top it off i literally watched a roach crawl across the floor, absolutely DISGUSTING

I was having trouble accessing e-gift card on my phone and the manager made me feel like I was trying to scam. He showed no regard for me as a paying customer!

The place was filthy w burger king trash in side the doors & parking lot. Staff was inattentive & my food was cold. They took care of all the black customers perfectly while we, the only whites in the place, were ignored & treated rude. I wouldn't recommend this Applebee's.

Had a great experience! Food came out fast, my servers name was Ashley, she was friendly and efficient. I will be back soon!

Went in at lunch. Took 20 minutes to place our order and there were more staff than customers in the place. When the food FINALLY came, the Soup was tepid... Not hot.

i had some crazy service here.i use to love it but but they served me cold ass fries.

Received the wrong order, nothing was correct. The artichoke dip was cold, everything was cold.ive ordered here several times an this has never happened.

The score was a C so i still decided to give them a chance but the waiter brought my water and the water had a long piece of hair in it floating on the lemon that was in the water... I told the manager n he act like it wasn't a big deal so I got up left should have stuck to my first mind n left after I seen the score

Food was good service was quick, great job. Did a pick up order.

Our large party waited for over an hour for seating & they were not busy but terribly understaffed. My party was charged twice & had to be reported to corporate for resolution. 2 stars because the server was very pleasant serving a group of 30 with little help.

Didn't go there but their always delicious- the macaroni meal is the best

Was greeted at the door table for 1 plenty of open tables i could've beenseated at the bar but was not asked give me a couple if mins 12mins late still waiting smh
