Honestly if I could I would choose no stars. Never have I ever experienced such disdain for customer service! I ordered the new Smothered Fajitas which are supposed to be smothered with queso on a sizzling fajita plate. What I received was nothing like the picture on the menu that had me salivating and eager to try this new item. The server actually was going to charge me for an advertisement that Applebee's failed to deliver on. Instead the manager arrived at our table and could only say "it's there it's just on the bottom." Now I'm no fajita expert but i am a visual person, so with me remembering the picture I was absolutely appalled at the lack of urgency the staff felt towards rectifying the situation. All i needed was a little extra cheese. Shame on the manager Freddie for costing his wait staff a tip and his store revenue when all he had to do was smother my fajitas!!!
