The food was pretty tasteful. Had to sit for 10 minutes before someone acknowledge is! While there was a table of 6 employees just sitting and talking. Once we got a server ah was pleasant but didn't give us a bag for our leftovers.

The waiter was ok but he was all over the place as if he were the CEO on an Undercover Boss show and had no experience. Some of the food was cold but they handled it.

Bad Experience! Will not be going back. The whole staff is unprofessional. I wish I could name them by name, but no one wears a name tag, including the so called manager.

Wouldn't go there again! Had me waiting for my food almost an hour for my food. Not sure what took so long, but i didnt enjoy my time there over other Applebees!

Great Service and my food and drinks were great. They were open late which saved me from being stranded in the cold waiting on my Uber. Will be returning asap

LITERALLY ALWAYS packed, like 30+ minute wait! When there's a wait there isn't really much space to sit down, so you'll have to stand or be outside. Once a week they have karaoke which is hilarious.

2 accomplishments at 1 time lol. Laid back Crowd server was awesome. Greeter was o on point. Will return

Decent service. However, they gave me my food on a dirty plate. It was so filthy the people at another table noticed it. They corrected there mistake and food was ok.

The waiter was great few problems with some of our dishes that was not his fault but he went out of his way to fix them.

This location SUCKS so bad!!!!!! From the employees to the HORRENDOUS bathrooms!!! I've been to this location on multiple times, due to it's close to home, but today was my last day. Employees sit near you on the High Tops & talk about customers, personal issues, managers they hate etc. Very unprofessional and annoying. You have to wait at least 5-10 minutes to be acknowledged by a server, after being seated. Also, don't think about sitting at the bar. The female with a Red/Burgundy bob and long lashes had the nastiest expressions on her face when folks came to sit at the bar, as if we were bothering her at work!!? Went to use the restroom, Nasty as always, & no tissue in any of the stalls or paper towels! Told the employees that was lounging around in the restaurant and their response was, " someone will get it!" Seriously!???? I will be emailing the corporate office about this location. It's sad that we cannot receive great service in our own neighborhood and have to drive out far to get great service! Visited on 5/23/19

Service is slow. I guess it's hard to find good waiters and waitresses#reallllyyy

Very clean and fast i love our waiter she was very polite and quick it was a good exoerience i love this location great staff i recomend it

Very well organised and convenient restaurant. They offer large portions and for affordable rates. We loved the menu very much and the waiters were super welcoming and informative. Recommended.

The food, price, and customer service was great... We ordered Mardi gras drink, Bourbon chicken and potatoes, boneless wings, cheese sticks and mango tea

I call this place Old Faithful It s like so much to choose from...sooo many favorite dishes...aaannnd love the fact every month I get a chance to try different Drank s aka Happy Juice for 1.00....guuuurl keep em comin!!!

Terrible service, weak drinks, and the food is subpar. Next time anyone goes their, stop and look at the health score. Applebee's you can do better than this

Good place to sit down and eat with family, and friends

The service sucks in their score is a 76 I only went there because I was starving just had surgery and cannot stand up long enough to cook

Got dirty plates on more tha one occasion. But the waitress was nice and friendly

On our way back from a out of town trip we decided Applebees sounded good and they're open late on Saturdays so we made a stop. After being told there was a 30 minute wait (prom night apparently)we decided to continue our trip but still wanted Applebees so we found another 10 miles or so down the highway(this location). This one had a few people waiting but we were told at the door it would only be a five minute wait so we stayed. After nearly 40 minutes the two couples ahead of us were still waiting and they asked a server how much longer the wait would be to which he just said I dont know. They begged him if they couldn't have a table could they at least sit at the bar and he finally agreed. If they had been up front with the wait we would have just gotten on with our night and our trip but instead we wasted time we could have been using to get food and get home. Terrible experience.

By far the best Applebee s experience I have ever had. The food was good but the atmosphere made the difference. Thanks to the DJ for playing music of our taste.

Food was cold, waitress by the name of Love was very pleasant until I told her my food was cold. I wish I would have seen the 76 C HEALTH GRADE before we were seated.

Today it was busy but my waitress was attentive and my food was excellent.

Worst applebees in the whole U.S.A I dont think the cooperate office even know this place exist . All booth seat have BIG holes dirty, customer service is big 0 . Food is bad , CLOSE THIS LOCATION!!!!

Dine in just recently started back up due to covid 19 so there is a wait for a table due to new safety guidelines. You are asked to add your name and number to the list and wait in your vehicle. You are notified via phone once your table is ready.

Food was great!! Service could do with improvement. I will definitely be back.

10-08-18 horrible food water taste like its imported from mexico tenders are not tender order cheese burger got a bun with a beef patty and cheese on it (dry) ask for mayo they gave me a mayo packet smh never again and they dont serve bone in wings here only boneless DO NOT COME HERE TO EAT

I've called 3 times back to back and no one answered.

I had a good server and food was great. I know this have nothing to do with Applebee's but the clientele was bad. People in parking lot and people inside rude. Playing loud music on their phones in the booth behind us. So I probably won't go back to this one.

The drinks aren't that good... You only get good service when corporate is there.

The service is to slow you have to wait a long time to be seated when you order your food it takes a long time for your food and sometimes it not right and depends on where you sit the waitress is sorry and the alcohol you order taste like drink instead of alcohol like you order it when you order alcohol you at least want to taste some alcohol.and have good service that's why you go there to have a good time nice food and a good drink and a nice waitress simply as that

I love that they have different drinks of the month throughout the year

Rice wasn't cook enough and it tasted too sweet. Overall the restaurant atmosphere was very pleasant.

This place is right around the corner from our rehearsal studio we The South Bay Project stop in for dinner all the time and they treat us like family

The food isn't all that great but when an issue arised the staff handled it well and with professionalism

Good but a little rushed and ragged. Food good, service good but it'll get lit in a moments notice so not for quiet family meal but for something a little more rambunctious.

Lots of staff but 1 server who couldn't handle the flow. Very unfortunate to see her drown.

The service was slow. And, the food was cold when I got it.

I was very disappointed with my food . I ordered the four cheese mac and cheese with honey chicken tenders. The pasta was dry and old looking, they had extremely too much honey on the chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were not tender. They taste old as well. Everything tastes old And left out. Like they just threw it in the microwave for a little while .. Paid $17 for the plate with tip. Wasn't even worth $5. I really want my money back. Never again!

I went Sunday and it was the emptiest I've ever seen it , yet for some reason my entire meal was COLD . From the appetizer to the entree . I drove 30 mins for a meal that needed to be microwaved . Took one bite and couldn't eat it . My waitress was nice tried to handle it but by then it was entirely too late. We had already waited long for the cold food . There was no way I could wait longer for them to fix it. Sad part is I've had better and hotter food on a busy day

Great food great service, i enjoyed the pleasant admisphere and the waitress was attentive to my guest as well as myself. I give this location a 5 star rating because of the cleanliness of the establishment.

If I could give it less I would. The waitress hot sick and had to leave. My ticket was lost, we waited an hour in a half and the food still came out wrong. I had to send my cheese burger back because that's all it had on it. Very bad service ...
