Food was ok. Waiters on the phone tapping away to the point we had to walk up to them to get them to bring more drinks, food and our check. No management visible anywhere specially to keep their employees watching the tables instead of their phones. 2nd time in 2 years ive come to this branch and its always the same.
Hostess was very polite and seated me and my guest with accuracy. Food was great. During Lunch meal. Every one has a bad day from time to time. I like Applebees.

We were greeted by the hostess. Seated at our table. Our server comes to the table never introduced herself not one time. We placed our order which included the monthly drink special she told us we couldn't have that because they had no liquor to make it. Strike #1. Second due to that inability I asked to speak to the manager he comes over and doesn't introduce himself. Strike #2. I asked him since you don't have the ingredients to make the monthly special can you give and alternative to that for example last month's special he rudely said no and walked away. Strike #3. I will never dine at this Applebees again. I'll go to another. The customer service is horrible. This location is very busy and for it to be out of liquor to make the advertised drink is unacceptable.

Let's be clear.... this place is on memorial dr and can be very ghetto. The food was cold. The place was packed and the staff were kinda rude. Our waitress was good but watching the others had me worried that the food may come with extra seasoning. Pick a day and time that people aren't usually out if you wanna have a good experience.
Service was wonderful and servicer was friendly and professional. Thank you for the great customer service. We will be bsck.
I ordered the all you can eat boneless chicken wings. They were fabulous. I had the hot ones and the sweet Asian ones. The long island teas were in point. The service was really good.
Food was great as the customer service. About 5min waiting for a table because it was full at capacity. Nevertheless, entries were served fast and error free.
The waitress was very nice but when it came down to the manager he act like he didn t won t to be bothered I called me over to ask him about accepting they coupon codes he said he can t take them but I was wondering why it s say Applebee only redeem In store but I said ok when our food came out everybody at the table was complaining about how nasty the food was how the steak was tuff the server went and got the manager he act like he didn t won t to be bothered again so I was like never mind this nasty but we will eat it I paid $100 for something I could have cooked at the house never again

My server was cool. But my food was cold. I ordered the "neighborhood nachos" and my chicken came out cold. I told my server and then the manager came and took the plate and told me they will correct it. Food came back and the chicken was Luke warm. My brother had ordered a steak and his steak was cold as well. I was really disappointed in the food. Never coming back to this location again.
Never have an issue and I come here a lot. The Staff are always friendly good vibes good food.
Wednesday night kareoke is too much fun! The staff is great and the drinks are on point!
