The place wasn't even busy but yet it took 45 minutes for our appetizers to come out. Then, when our entree's came out, one plate was on the brit of being cold while the other one grilled chicken was overcooked. The waitress didn't have a clue and finally suggested they make one plate over. Lo and behold the plate was dirty and fed up at this point we asked for the manager, the lady manager was no better. She offered us some dessert. No customer service or service recovery skills at all. We will not visit this location no time soon and I'll be sure to spread the word.
