I was there alone they took a long time to take my order. I got the wrong drink, which I kept. My side was the crispy cheddar bacon potatoes and they brought me some roasted potatoes. When I told them it was the wrong item, they told the took a dish off the table scraped the potatoes off my plate onto it and took into the kitchen put cheese and bacon on it and brought it back it me.
The food was cold and all our food order was mess up. The waitress had an attitude after we told her our food was cold and wrong. The Manger didn't do much but took 10% off our total bill and fix our order over
No customer service skills at this establishment. This is true from waitstaff through management. Bad experience, will not go again.
Wish I could give no star at all. 1 thing that stood out to me was our server gave us our forks and spoons in a cup of hot water. Water was dirty... I m not sure if it s considered normal to give your silverware in a hot cup of water but I ve been to MANY restaurants and they ve NEVER severed that way. 2nd, they got my husbands order wrong, bringing him an entirely different meal than he asked and my pasta was so disgusting I could barely touch it. It s been a couple hours since we went and my husband threw up. Definitely from his food. I would NOT recommend coming here

This was the worst resteraunt experience I have had in a long time. We were traveling from out of town and had a really hard time finding something that wasn't fast food.
I have a dairy allergy. I'm always sure to tell staff. When the waitress looked confused and said what I ordered was "probably fine" I should have known. She saw the concern in my face and then said she'd ask the chef. Turns out, even with confirming - I still ended up sick.
Aside from that, service was incredibly slow. Drinks took forever to come out and were disappointing once they did. Our food for 5 people was delivered by 4 different staff members over the course of 10 minutes. There was zero communication between the staff. It was a mess.
Got the Mushroom chicken off of 2 for 25 menu and i thought it was a little dry. Was a bit of a let down.
On a busy night, in a chaotic session (do to the DJ's set up) our server ensures that we wanted for nothi g and things were deliver in a timely manner. Thanks Deureka

Daniel B was our waiter and he was horrible. He was so rude and disrespectful to my friends and I. It was so unprofessional and then when It was time to pay he gave us our receipts and when we paid we gave Him 33$ and our bill came up to 32.72 and I asked him where my change was and he said that we gave him exact change. Um no...and then he put OUR money in his wallet! And he gave my friend her change out his wallet instead from the Cash register....and then when I called him back over for MY change he had threw away the receipts! And he pretended like he had no Idea what I was talking about! So then I was just like ok. And left he hadn't deserved a Tip because he was cursing and just unprofessional.
Old staple in the community been there for a while. Friendly staff and food is pretty good.
I would never eat at this location again! I live 5 minutes away from this restaurant and my friend ordered me some food. when she brought the food home I had to put it in the microwave. the next morning I felt sick to my stomach. I had stomach cramp so bad that I had to leave work. I called to complain and they took my info and I received a phone call from an Insurance agent and she told me that it's nothing they can do because no one else had gotten sick. No one ate the food but me so what the hell someone else has to do with my food. I think that it was bullshit for her to even tell me it was nothing they could do.

do you not know they are all you can eat ribs shrimps in all the chicken tenders in thing was so good make you want to slap your mama don't download good dad of good customer service and I had the Daiquiri on that the Pina Colada is strawberry daiquiri that was on point they treat you right on Cascade come on down they waiting on you they can't wait you have a blessed one

I've been going to this location for years and it used to be the best one. But now it is horrible, On Thursday May 26, 2016 at 3pm we walked in there and it was no hostess to be found so we thought that we were suppose to sit ourselves. As we walked to sit down a server with an attitude said she coming and not to sit there (I'm referring to the server that was serving closet to the front door and to the right side from when you walk in the front door ). The hostess finally came from the back and we asked her could we sit in the spot where we were originally going to sit, she said "no the server is in the weeds". Me and my husband said oh o.k. that's why the server had an attitude and told us not to sit ourselves and that she was coming. After sitting down and looking around each server was in the weeds and had the same amount of people in there section. We were severd our drinks and food with no straws and no forks.. We finally got straws and forks 10mins after our food and drinks were served. The food was good, but I will definitely be traveling out to eat a another Applebee's...

Everytime I go there it's always something wrong with the equipment and I can't order frozen drinks. The waitresses just let me sit there too long before they took my order and the restaurant was almost empty.
A cool place to grab some cheap lunch or dinner, but the addition of the DJ might be something you need to consider before going.

This applebees trash. The servers dont even take your business serious. I have been here at the bar for 30 minutes and haven't even got water. Half the store empty, but has a wait. All i wanted was to have a drink and the store did everything to try and not let that happen. Will I be back HELL NO. I am disgusted that an establishment is run this poorly and allowed to still be open. I wish I could give less than one star but google wont let me.

This is the only applebees I have been to that offers curb side Togo. But doesn't not bring your food outside. The door to for "to-go" is locked after 9 pm. So you have to walk threw the resturant to pick up your food. Smh. This is the only applebees I have been to like this and I probably won't be back.

Applebee's is normally a friendly courteous place to go with great food and great service. However at this time I did not see that the service was any good. I ordered a medium and it came out like a burnt hockey puck. When I complained to the waitress gave me an attitude and did not take that much off my bill.
I'm really not sure how this restaurant is still open. The bartender past me twice without a knowledge me at all. It was not busy and it wasn't about to close. This is the worst customer service at the Applebee's I ever had. This place is trash and should be closed
