Foodies beware...this is not your standard Applebee s! They should just go ahead and turn this place into a club full time! The atmosphere, especially the servers and including the managers, is so ratchet and the service sucked pretty bad! You almost feel scared to complain, but I did mention something to a manager on my way out, but judging from more recent reviews, I think it fell on deaf ears. My server looked (and acted) like she was high on something and kept coming up missing, not even bothering to check on us until she finally brought the bill and wanted a tip in the end. The drinks were weak and the quality of the food was less than desirable! This place needs to be remodeled! Sorry, I do not recommend this place and I will NOT be back!

These Chicken Tenders have NO TENDER is taste like baby food the fries aren t even fried they ain t got no seasoning.. the honey mustard barley sweet and the fruit punch barley got fruit

The Applebee s on Memorial Dr in Decatur, GA sucks! My boyfriend and I sat 10 minutes before anyone even noticed us.. when the waiter did take our order my food came before our drinks and my oriental salad was cold.. Not to mentioned they did NOT have anymore chicken parm... so we left and went to the Applebee s in Tucker, GA...

Unprofessional staff and rude too. Bad customer service

two days ago was our first time we came to that fine restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We had a good time with the excellent service, with the magnificent dishes and booze and with the comfortable payment. We will surely visit there soon.

They were understaffed because of the New Year. But our server was so upbeat, we didn't care. The food took some time but was great.

The food is okay,but the drinks seal the deal for me.I like my drinks pretty and this is my spot before or after the party.

This place have become horrible. My kids use to love it here. They gave us burned appetizers twice. And the main food we ordered taste freaking dry like they just left it in the back sitting there smdh..

Great place for lunch. Ask for Luv she is one of the best bar tinder I've ever come across. She very friendly and serve great drinks and she's very consistent. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did

Take over an hour to get your food. People came in sat down and got their food and finished before we ever received anything.

My boneless wings were hard. My mom's rice was hard and cold. My aunt's potato was cold. The manger had an earphone in his ear. I cant do this anymore. Shut this place down.

Celebrating the best day ever(my birth) at Applebees was fun. There was more food than people cause I ordered the all you can eat deal thinking that it was awesome not knowing food would come out 4 plates at a time .. I should have brought more people. I got to sample the ribs, chicken fingers and shrimp. It looked like I was having my last supper. Destiny was dynamic. She covered my food for me with napkins when I stepped away from the table and she was just very pleasant and fast!

Upon arriving, we waited for about 5mins before anyone came to us to seat us. And the guy and young lady who showed up began to openly argue as to who should seat us, before even addressing us with a welcome or even good evening. Our server later apologised. Damage was already done. I will NEVER return.

There are tons of reasons this place would only get 3 stars and not even a word why. The reason I say one is their salad gave me food poison.

Waitress Kayla was very nice and efficient. Bartender India was on point. Excellent vibe great food!

They have a new to go area but the pasta I always enjoyed for the past few years has changed again, the portion is smaller and it doesn't taste the same but the breadsticks are good.

The food was good. I had grilled salmon, broccoli and ff. The service on the other hand was not so good. Our server couldn't be found in the beginning and was quite curt in the beginning. She finally smiled and warmed up- at the end.

The First Applebee's in the United States!! That was a major find out for me. Now the food was Applebee's, i mean, come on. The staff were Extremely cool and friendly. Great suggestions for the indecisive folks like myself. But i heard that they do a karaoke night that is off the chain. I understand rhat this spot is a beacon for the ladies that think they can sing... I'll be the judge of that when i return!

The server was excellent... the food was horrible. I ordered the cajun steak medium rare, it came back well done...the red potatoes were old and dry and the topper was the drink...smh... top shelf margarita, tasted like pure syrup!! My husband's steak was dry and hard...the savings grace for him was the ribs. They really need to do better!! I don't know if I'll patronize this particular establishment again.

Karaoke night too litty! Ayyyeee! Bathrooms nasty af tho

I had a really bad experience at this location. Very bad service.The waitress took so long to even come to our table, then she took along time to bring us water. Then when our food came, it wasn't hot. I didn't want to leave a tip, but I'm a kind person.

The Bourbon chicken with shrimp was awful. The chicken was tough and had lots of grissel. I have never had chicken like that.I sent the dish back to the kitchen. The manager brought me a new plate. This time itwas better.

Service was a little slow, we had ask for water, extra plates for the appetizer and napkins. Our waitress was seemingly distracted with other guests initally.

When we got our bill, things were listed we did not receive was added the bill.We had to ask for those things to be subtracted..

Our visit was not a good experience.

Haven't been to bees in a while but every thing about this one was off. Maybe it was just this location but the service was horrible n the food was below average.

I took my wife here for her birthday and the service was great as always. Our server Kristie was awesome. She served us once before so I knew we would get excellent care.

Absolutely ridiculous, waited for 20 mins before getting seated. Never acknowledge us. Very disappointed!!!!

My wife and I had our first dining experience at Applebee's this evening. The service was friendly and professional. The food was great as well. I'm sure we will be back.
