Nice hotel. I would have expected more than a 5 star hotel

Ok the best I have left in the saloon ..... with its spa. with its pool ... the room ... the gourmet restaurant ... the top .... but other mugs you want and stay 5 star hold and full wallet .... and not with blue and brown banknotes from green, yellow and above .... if you are merry hold and no purple ..... well to pass this part is that it must make you feel king ...... at kingly prices of course .. .of course...

Unique experience of relaxation and enjoyment. Unique space, very friendly service, exquisite flavors. We all want where and where to humiliate ourselves !!!

A very nice hotel with great facilities! Modern rooms overlooking the huge pool! We had a nice stay! Maybe a little more than we expected in the restaurant.

We only had a chance to visit the spa and outdoor pool today. So I can't talk about the rooms. Very friendly staff, great location, well-organised facilities. Highly recommended for a relaxation visit. Our friend really enjoyed her hen's party today :) :) (Ask for the bachelorete pack for groups of >4 people)

Wonderful dirt tennis courts with excellent infrastructure !!

Location is strange as the hotel is placed in a semi-industrial area. There are large shopping centers nearby, but the same are not walking distance. The surroundings are not fit for a small walk or sihtseeing. Airport is close but airplanes are not passing above the hotel so it is relatively quiet. The hotel is supposed to be a 5star hotel, but it does not stand the quality. Rooms are comfortable and clean, however bathrooms are a bit weird. Some bathrooms have a large window towards the room with blinds controlled from the outside, so privacy is questionable. The architecture is a bit untraditional, so navigating around the corridors of the place is a bit confusing and you easily get lost.
There was some repair activity ongoing during our stay, so the lobby and the restaurant next to the pool were all covered in dust.
Staff, although friendly is unexperienced and slow or inaccurate when serving you. I had to wait for 1 hour and remind the waiters 3 times to get a double espresso on breakfast. A colleague of mine in her swim suit was refused to be served on the verandah near the pool and was redirectes to the pool bar instead, although there's no clear demarcation between the pool bar and the restaurant pool area.
The pool is great and very pleasant and clean, but you're not allowed for early or late swim, unless a life guard is available.

Everything in this hotel is considerably good except the location. Although very close to airport, but nothing to move around. Hotel management should start a shuttle service to nearby shopping, eating, sight seeing spots.

Fantastic. I arrived late at night and the view of the pool left me spellbound.

Of the most popular hotels. It is 95% my choice when I visit Thessaloniki. Cleanliness, courtesy, spacious rooms with a wonderful characteristic smell. The new restaurant FUNNY, with awesome meats. The main bar has not seen it because it was under construction. I hope to visit it soon again.

Great pool. Nice room with a small garden facing the pool.

Amazing pool, spacious hotel rooms. Good breakfast. Only quality of the building is not the best. Airco half out of the wall, water damages etc. Don't forget to go to the restaurant! Fine cuisine and huge portions.

It is not possible in a 5-star conference hotel to be able to drink a coffee only after 10 am !!!
*** I fill in because I can not answer .... The review was written after asking a person at the hotel where we can have a coffee. He did not even mention the breakfast room or any other place we could serve !!!

Very nice hotel which hosts an amazing restaurant.
I decided to dine alone one evening and the waiter was very helpful in knowing which wine would be a good accompaniment to the food I chose.

Definitely the best pool I've ever seen! A wonderful environment that you feel is in an exotic place. Also excellent the food he has.

Poor and mean customer service. I don't recommend this place. Because of good location there is no respect to customers. There is many hotels in area with similar or even lower prices and customer friendly. To hotel manager: please verify competence of front desk employers.

I put in 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. In all the seminars I have attended there through the company I work for, a clean place well organized with polite staff and a good kitchen. There is a large outdoor pool open to the world outside the hotel. The bad thing is that it is shallow (I would recommend hating it deeper at 3m, it would be more enjoyable).

The hotel staff was kind and helpful in everything we requested. We will definitely use it again for business meetings.

Idyllic setting for a rekax holiday and the hotel is not far from the airport.
The staff is very pleasant and always available if needed.
