Frustrating, I got an Iphone 7 on an optus plan on...

Frustrating, I got an Iphone 7 on an optus plan only for it to be faulty. The dramas between optus and apple. I was told it would be quicker to go to Apple but honestly I don't think so. I was on hold for 10 minutes only to be told I need to be put on hold to make an appointment . Another 15 minutes and I am still on hold. Ridiculous

I feel like the people who complain probably didn t book their appointment and are annoyed because they re coming through during busy periods.

The staff are amazing and really deserve to be recognised.

Worst Apple store. I ll never visit this place again. My phone s apple warranty got expired but I was still having Australian Consumer Law warranty. The guys working here tried to delay the fixation of my phone so that I ll loose this warranty as well and then they can charge me. Someone needs to tell the guys here to stop doing bad marketing technique and learn to give proper genuine service or else next time I ll upload the pics straight on the social media. Please respect our time as well.

Booked 2 appointments as there is a 1 device per appointment rule. Arrived 5 mins late and was advised that they had cancelled my first appointment.
They then left me waiting for 30mins over my second appointment time!
Obviously one rule for me and a different one for Apple!

Not that it is Apples fault for the insane amount of people in the store at an given time, but it's very difficult to get them to look at an issue, the first time I went in, I was told to book an appointment for the following week, due to unforseen circumstances I was 8 minutes late to my appointment and had to wait another hour in store before I was able to see someone who told me my mums mac was water damaged somehow. not to mention that but the past two times I have been there it smells like stinky armpit. I believe there are now 3 stores in Perth and it seems like that is still not enough. It is fortunate however that I am even able to see someone face to face, as if I had the same issue with other brands I would probably have to send my device off interstate.

Next time there is an issue I will try one of the other Apple stores within Perth as this store is too busy.

Usuly Apple guys don't make you wait and the usual process is to replace faulty iPhones. But not at Perth Apple Store. Not only they chose to repair my phone (which is kind of okay), but it is already half an hour past the promised timeline and the phone is still not in sight. I guess it is the usual way of dealing with the customers in this part of the world and even Apple choses to be lethargic on customer service.

Worst customer service. I live 2 hours away from the store and had an appointment at 12:30 and didn't get talked to till 12:48. They ended up not having the phone i needed to be replaced so they gave me a sheet to call a number and i ended up calling the number and they put me on hold about 7 times and hung up once and a lot of things happened within the phone call. They kept on going on about things that had already said and repeated and didn't actually want to answer my questions. Not happy especially with the prices we pay and the service we get.

Went into the Perth store today was hugely impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff.
Given the difficult circumstances (corona19 etc) they were very well set up to ensure customer and staff safety.
Oh and they were also able to fix my iPhone 8plus!

Made an appointment for 1320 hours on 17DEC2018, no place to check in for my reservation, not one staff member acknowledged me, waited 20mins then left. Most places of business have a greeter at the door or an information desk or at the very least have adequate signage so you know where to go and who to talk to.

Apple products are expensive, but if you are happy with the price, you can't complain; you get what you pay for...

The service I have received in the Perth store has always been excellent. On one occasion, they replaced the charger for an old MacBook (at least 5 years-old) without hesitation, and without question; I was in-and-out of the store within 5 minutes. On another occasion, I walked in with my six year-old Mac Mini, that wouldn't boot, and they got it up-and-running and reset the forgotten password, within 20 minutes. I was not charged on either occasion.

Summary: products are expensive, but worth it in my experience.

My phone suddenly stopped working and I approached the apple store in Perth CBD to get it fixed.
I was assisted by Joanne who was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She helped me retrieve my lost data and tried everything she could to get my phone started.
When restarting the phone didn t work, she spoke to her manager and replaced my phone with a brand new phone despite the fact that I was two weeks out of warranty.
Thank you Joanne for your wonderful service! Really appreciate it and well done!

Called in with an inoperative Macbook at 11am explained i didn't have much time due to leaving the country so they booked me in for 1pm same day and fixed the issue within 15minutes also happy to offer advise with regards to a separate issue with my IPhone. Great service fast and efficient although i was lucky it was just a simple fault 10/10 Thanks

Unless your Beats are still under warranty or you can be bothered arguing your ACL rights, you are forced to purchase a new set as they 'CAN'T' repair/replace parts like a faulty/broken hinge that failed through no fault of the user. MADNESS!!!
Apple would rather us pay $300+ to wear shinny new Beats than help a customer repair an existing pair that look new as they have been looked after but unfortunately the folding mechanism failed.
'Profit before Peopl'e that's the 'Apple Policy'!?!!?!?!

Went there last week and I had 2 devices that needed fixing. It was very busy but the staff were still very attentive, smiling and friendly. Got the matter solved although it was a bit complicated. The wait was acceptable for the amount of people that were there. Excellent job guys

My 1 year and a half old iPhone X suddenly got a g...

My 1 year and a half old iPhone X suddenly got a green line down the screen, like it was dead pixels or something. I took the phone in to the Apple store basically expecting the phone to not be under warranty, with Apple ready to say that there was nothing they could do. I already had looked at the repair costs of a new screen and so I literally had $400 forked out ready to pay. To my surprise, the repair person said that Australian consumer law extendes their warranty to two years and they would cover it. 2 hours later, I had a new screen replaced and walked out with an invoice with a quantity of $0. Although this is because of Australian consumer law, Apple were very respectful, professional, and more than happy to help. Very pleased to say the least.

If I book a phone for a screen replacement, shouldn't you confirm that the screen is available?
Wasted time traveling in, waiting and paying for parking.

Made an appointment to have my Mac looked over at the time that Apple gave me. To then make 1 hour journey to Perth CBD to be told that the time they have is totally different from the allocated time slot they have. No help was offered accept to wait until the time allocated by the store 45 minutes later, which is now unable to do as I have a flight to catch. My advice is to take the extra time and use Garden City as even though they are a bit further from the Northern suburbs, they always aim to help. Manager on call was Lucy I think, but she was about as helpful as chocolate fire guard...

Spend $5000 on a laptop and get garbage service !!!!

I have problems with iPhone battery from last 6 mo...

I have problems with iPhone battery from last 6 months. I have visited this apple store to get this problem fixed. Every time I go, they come up with a new solution which doesn't fix the problem. The last executive attending to my phone didn't know what to do and called his manager to speak. The manager came up with another solution and asked me see it for 5 days. Even though the phone is under warranty the executive asked me to buy a new iPhone as the best solution for this problem or replace the battery by paying additional amount.

Extremely disappointed with the service today after staff member told another customer that it would be open at 10 they now inform they are not opening till 11 being a person with a physical disability and a general member of the public that is not time three this is Has caused major time delays and potential financial burden

Apple intentionally slows your iPhone over the years to strongly encourage you to buy a new one. Apple was actually fined by the courts in France for it. Unethical, corrupt and ungrateful.

I attended numerous Today at Apple sessions during my two weeks in Perth - my first visit to Australia. We don t have an Apple Store in South Africa
I was made to feel welcome and at home from the moment I stepped in to the store. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed whilst simultaneously not making me feel obliged to purchase anything.
It was so refreshing to know there was somewhere I could go where I could just wander around and/or sit and participate in sessions.
The sessions themselves were really well run and the trainers know there stuff.
Thanks Antonio, Joel, Sophian, Ash and others.
You did a super job and I learned some cool new tricks.

This was the WORST customer service I have EVER ex...

This was the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I had a genius serve me and then because the issue wasn't resolved I asked to speak to the manager there. I got a boy by the name of Tony - Irish fellow absolutely such a disgrace of a person. He put me in tears within the first 3 minutes of interacting with him. He proceeded to tell me I was wrong and then walked away and was on his phone, seemed to be texting or something. I am absolutely disgraced and will never be back into the store after this disgusting experience.

I brought in my computer today which had been fixed by a man who claimed to be an Apple Certified Technician who had given my computer back to me with more issues than before.

I was helped by an employee who ran diagnostics and showed me how he could tell the parts were third party and that the man I had seen has a reputation for claiming to be certified when he is not and charging customers for services which Apple provides for free.

He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what had happened, how they were going to fix it, and what options I had available to me.

Although it was a mistake and I should not have gone to an unauthorised technician the employee was super understanding and patient and didn t make me feel silly at all for my mistake.

He was incredibly patient and kind and worked with me to get the best solution possible and was extremely empathetic to how frustrating the situation has been for me.

All of this while dealing with massive lines, the heat, and of course Covid. I am beyond impressed and wish I went to Apple in the first place. Thank you!

Trying to get my father's phone unlocked, Apple id and everything, only because someone entered a wrong number in the Imei space at the time the phone was purchased, it's now locked for good. Home to get a very large hammer. I'll get more satisfaction.

Don't waste your time going there in person. Busy shop, no staff available to talk to. Even after they have scheduled an appointment to review the problem I had, I have came and waited and nobody was available. Why did they set up an appointment??? It's very frustrating and disappointing. Bad service. Really really bad service.

Could be because I'm fat and I don't have diamond's dripping off me.
Told the staff member that put me on their ridiculous list I was leaving, apparently I was next in line to get ignored again.

Can't schedule appointment online, takes 45 minutes to get anyone on the phone after being redirected to national tech support. This will be the third time I am taking my macbook pro mid 2012 in for an overheating issue. So dissapointed in Apple, seriously on the decline in the last few years.

Premises is nice however Apple products are extremely overrated! MacBook has battery issues after minimal use. Very disappointed for the price you pay (1.5k) you would expect quality.
