Very bad agency, very difficult communication because no one who manages my apartment can be reached in case of problems !!
And although my building has only had problems for 3 years, there are some: toilet that has been leaking for 3 days, still no news from the manager after several calls from me + No hot water for more than 3 weeks! It is unacceptable !!! Very very lax!
On the other hand, when it comes to increasing the rent there are no communication problems !!! Avoid this agency !!
