As said on previous comments, this is an agency to flee absolutely !!!! No seriousness, does not take into account any complaints, never deals with emergencies .... I strongly recommend this agency !!! a word to add: CATASTROPHIC !!!!!!

New notice:
I just learned that this agency closed down for a while !!! Which is not surprising given that we were unable to reach them. The manager and the entire team were reportedly fired. Apparently it would be a new team. I don't know if the new team will really do its job again! I contacted them recently and my problems have still not been resolved! In addition, every month we have the right to a new manager !!!!! I am at the end with this agency! If someone has found a solution to record the rents I am taking advice !!!
