There are so many criticisms to be made about this...

There are so many criticisms to be made about this agency ...
- No respect for the rules
- No follow-up and knowledge of files
- the secretary hangs up the phone before picking up
- Debit of large sums without proof and without warning (700 euros for my part)
- 1 year and a half of rental without being present on the lease

Do not hesitate to initiate legal proceedings (free legal assistance for example) from the slightest problem because it is the only way to make her react (and yet it is not won).

I think all of the comments are consistent.
