The worst property manager we have ever encountered! Impossible to be reimbursed our deposit (we are ready for 3 months of waiting) despite an irreproachable inventory.

We have put them on notice by registered mail (which I advise you to do if you are in the same situation), you have the right to do so after a completed month after leaving the premises. The amount that will be returned to you must be increased in compensation!
