In two and a half years of renting, we had to deal with four interlocutors, who did not go through the history of the files and whose lack of professionalism and incompetence were unmatched. Water damage, infiltration: the agency has never reacted to our requests (impossible to join) simply to transfer requests to the trustee or the builder. At the time of the return of the keys, the manager announces us 50th of retained on the deposit. They kept 500th! Without any justification, by retaining provisions of condominium fees on years closed since 2 years! Flight!
Their only rigor lies in the collection of rent: they have never been a day late!
It is absurd that such a structure can still exercise.
