Do not respect the repayment period of the deposit, the formal notice for the moment did nothing. I will go to the district court if nothing is done within the legal period.
I do not tell you what I had to do to get a simple RIB from them.
I decided to leave the property managed by Ammonitia only to stop giving them money.
This is the first time I'm dealing with these practices ... do not be fooled by me. The problem is not the law behind which they hide but their total disinterest for tenants and former tenant.

edit: take note of the numbers ... security deposit of 620 deposited at my entry in the apartment. I leave the house at 31/08.
The 14/09, 15 days later, my file is transmitted by the person mandated for the EDL and visit ... After one month, mail with AR for formal notice of payment and threat of seizure of the court of instance.

On the 12th of October I managed to get a phone call telling me that the return period was 2 months, which I signed in my lease ... things get faster I get my account with a amount of 480 , 25% of the 620 are retained for regularization of expenses (what good to pay every month ...) and garbage but a sum must be returned to me once the regularization made, either ...
4 days later I receive a transfer of 360 instead of 480 .
We are only 57% of my initial deposit.

the 18/10 I raise, the 24/10 no response, I raise again. No answer to the phone (their great specialty).
25/10, I miss the call Ammonitia, obviously passed after opening hours, so impossible to recall them ...
I receive in the wake an e-mail telling me that the sum retained is the last days of rental of September HORS I left the place at 31/08 and a new tenant took place the same day! It is therefore illegal that they cash 2 rents for the same apartment over the same period.
16/01/2019: after 40 unanswered emails, I did not let go of the case and I FINALLY won my case! Major management errors originally caused the account to charge days in the dwelling when I was gone. I must therefore receive a transfer of the difference and recover the amount of 480 . Follow, I hope the regularization of the charges and especially the JUSTIFICATIFS and I would finally finished with them!
Be insistent if you are in the same situation as me. ask for receipts, bombard them with mails, calls, put all the addresses you have ammonitia in copy.
