This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is nil. My water heater install went from $250 to $480. Needed this that and the other thing. I am a senior citizen and handicapped. I feel I was discriminated against and fleeced. Don't use this company for anything.

Ameriflow Tempe has installed a new water main shut off valve, pressure regulator, and loop for my water softener. Each man involved in the process has been courteous and professional. They always showed up within the time window promised and, when finished, cleaned the area where they worked. It was truly a pleasure meeting and working with them and Ameriflow will continue as my plumber in the future.
Cristien Rodriguez came out to tune up our system. He wore his mask the whole time. He was friendly, courteous, attentive, and was able to answer all of our questions with real answers. He is a great representative of this good company. We are happy we went with Ameriflow.
We would like to recognize Kevin, the service tech that came to our home September 2020. He was, by far, the best that we have ever had from your company. He was polite, clean, courteous and attentive to all questions. You should feel proud that this individual is representing your business respectfully. If possible, we would always prefer Kevin for our service needs. P.S. Give that man a raise!
Worst of the worst. Have an R/O system that was installed in 2009. Our house is a resale and we noticed that the system was needing service. We called and made an appointment. Ameriflow knew who I was even though i did not buy the system from them so you know they knew right then and there how old the system in my home was. Technician came out yesterday and upon inspecting it told us that this was the last time that they would work on our system because the age. When he went to remove part of the hardware, it broke and water shot out everywhere. He did not do this on purpose, it was because the system was so old. Now we needed a new one. We said go ahead and install. He says that he can't today because he does not have one. The earliest he could get it done would be next Wednesday. So we can be 6 days without drinking water. That answer did not sit well with me. I declined and he was on his way. I called today and spoke to the office and the office informed me that the person who booked my apt. should have told me that the system I had was old and needed to be replaced. She failed to do her job and now the snowball begins to roll. They still offer nothing but an empty sorry about that and we can help if you want. No nothing. Find another company that wants to do the job right first.
We could not be any more impressed and delighted with the overall professionalism and Installation experience from Abel! His genuine sense of respect and thorough knowledge of his craft is commendable and a tremendous value to your organization! Thank you Abel for phenomenal work! I highly recommend AmeriFlow water systems and more importantly Mr. Abel, tech 26. After all, a company is only as good as its valued employees!
Called to have our water softener serviced due to a new noise occurring. Our system is 11 years old (installed and service by ameriflow for all 11 years) and we were prepared to purchase a new system. However, the woman that answered the phone was so rude, curt, and unhelpful. It seemed our call alone bothered her, so we promptly called a different company that was friendly offered suggestions over the phone and honestly took time to treat us like they valued having us as customers. The other company came out the same day, and we are getting a new water softener and RO system installed with this other company and happy to never give Ameriflow another penny...since they apparently didn't care to retain us. Customer service goes a long way.
Just had Cristian Rodriguez out for our annual Reverse Osmosis filter change. He was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to review our water softener buttons with us and set it to the correct time(6 min off), which was so much appreciated. I would highly recommend letting him do filter changes and their company for your water softener and Reverse Osmosis needs!
First class customer service. Mr. Francia went above and beyond. Our system is 2 years old and began flowing nonstop. I'm familiar with plumbing but water softner systems. I was quickly brought up to speed on how the system operates, and then he began to help me find the issue. With use of photos of equipment through text messages the issue was quickly located. Now parts are enroute ro me under warranty. Absolutely impressed with customer service and help from out of state and after normal business hours. Human kindness does exist. The owner should be proud of those employed here!
UPDATE: parts arrived in 2 days! Changed everything out, which was really easy to do. Mr. Francia also provided programming for the system for proper dilution and use of salt. System is now running properly. Couldn't be happier with the help the entire staff provided.
I needed a part to complete the install of a water softener that was being relocated. I reached out to them via their website, received a prompt response from Tim, placed the order and received the parts in two business days. Superb customer service!
I ordered my water softener through Spencer's TV & Appliance, and was pleasantly surprised by Ameri-Flow's installation date setup process and responsiveness. My technician, Abel arrived exactly on time, and was VERY professional and knowledgeable. The installation was fairly straight forward because my condo had a water softener "loop".
This "company" should not be in business. Deal with them at your own risk. Totally unprofessional and an overall joke. Lie after lie from the service tech to the office.
We had a Krystal Pure KS64 installed 3/7/2016. The resin is already bad and is being replaced. The resin is under warranty but Ameriflow is charging an $80 trip fee and $299 "labor" to replace the resin. Paying $379 for a 60 to 90 minute job to replace a warrantied item is insulting. In other words, it really isn't under warranty as the full cost is being paid for under the guise of trip charge and labor.
Some of the finest people in the water industry are all right here. This group of water professionals meets our H2O needs with great excellence and passion. We just love them all.
We recently purchased a water softening system and Ameriflow handled the install. We initially had a dry install due to our stacked washer/dryer needing to be moved to inspect the drain in the wall. Tim (Ameriflow manager) called several times to keep me informed and coordinate a convenient time for the final install. Christian came out for the final install. He was proactive to see that he could use his phone to photograph behind our washer/dryer so that we didn't need to have them moved. He was very polite to explain how the system works and the related maintenance. We had excellent customer service all the way around and highly recommend Ameriflow.
Terrible service and overall ripoffs. My sister and I had purchased two systems from them and had them installed in our brand new build homes. It was about 6 years before it exploded... at 12 am! It nearly flooded my house (police officer driving by woke me at 3 am telling me my garage was flooding). Anyway, as if dealing with this unusual situation wasn t frustrating enough, I was sent the worst technician who was rude and didn t know enough about the systems to help. He kept calling the home office to get information.
Anyway, of course the repair was out of warranty time. I chose to hold off and didn t use the system. I waited a while and decided to get them out again And I got a different estimate with a completely different problem/diagnosis. My sister s unit also broke. We barely use them as we re the only residents in our homes.
Of course with the amount they want to repair it I can just buy a whole new unit... with a new warranty. And best of all with a different company!
Great line of products through Krystal Pure!! At lowes no tax and these softeners look exactly like ones sold for 4 to 6000. I have had my ks 64 in for 5 years. I test my water all the time and it is always 0 grains hard. Doesn't get any lower!!!
Super disappointed with the lack of customer service from Ameri-Flow. I've had to call them twice to get assistance for the system they installed on my new house and each time they ask about performing the regularly yearly maintenance on the system. It's only been 6 months! They pulled up my account using my name and address, why would they think I'm calling about maintenance when it hasn't even been a year yet?
I called today to see if they could help me out with a sulfer/rotten egg smell coming from the master bathroom faucet. The first thing the rep said was it would be an $80 trip charge because it was related to my water heater...really? Then she back peddled and said it was due to my tub in the master bathroom...I don't have a tub.
At this point it sounds like they don't care about customer service and their warranty and only want to get additional money from their customers. It's a shame that Ameri-Flow was used to install my brand new water softener system in my brand new house. Guess I'll be searching for another company that actually cares about helping out their customers instead of leeching them for money.
My salt resin cracked & even though it's under warranty, they wanted to charge me $86 dollars service, so...I took it to them. The front girl was super nice & the man who carried it out to my car was too. Whoever helped me on the phone, was not so nice. Wish I had her name.
I had a unique situation and will be using Krystal Pure water softener and RO system in Florida on well water. Customer service between Tim and Duke were unmatched. They took the time to answer all my DIY questions. Im very confident that I made the right choice for my water treatment system with awesome technical support team, thank you!
I purchased a water softener through Spencer's TV & Appliance and Ameri-Flow was their installer of choice. I became hesitant upon reading the other reviews, particularly about poor customer service. After dealing with them myself, I can verify the truth of those reviews.
I placed my order for the softener through Spencer's on a Thursday and was told Ameri-Flow would contact me to schedule the install on Friday, or Tuesday at the latest. Come Wednesday, I still did not hear from Ameri-Flow and decided to call them myself. I call them, and the (less-than-friendly) woman who answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about. I call Spencer's and they re-send the order. Ameri-Flow then reaches out to schedule the install. However, I wanted them to actually LOOK at my house before just guessing on a quote, a service which they graciously charged $20 for. ... Okay, fine, no problem, and it turns out that I had a loop already so the previously quoted price of >$400 decreased to $200. Great. HOWEVER, what the tech who looked at the property did not mention at the time was that I would have to pay an additional $300 for a drain line. I only learned about this drain line issue when the woman again contacted me to do the install and I confirmed the price. The woman, per usual, had no idea what any of that meant. She said someone would call me tomorrow to explain the technical aspects of it. And of course, no one did, and nor did they ever after waiting several days. Annoyed, I then contacted Spencer's, canceled my order, and got a full refund (thank you, Spencer's!).
The best part of all of this is that this morning, despite me (1) having already received a full refund of my purchase price and (2) never actually setting up a day/time for any install, Ameri-Flow RANDOMLY shows up to my house this morning at 7:00 am to install the softener. I explained to the very confused installer the situation. Not only does Ameri-Flow waste the time of its customers, but it also wastes its own time too due to their own disorganization, which I suspect has to do with their less-than-competent office staff.
If you have a choice, go with someone more reliable and who has their stuff together! Given how disorganized they were with all of this, I can't imagine how disorganized they would be if I had let them dig up 40 feet of my yard and cut my plumbing. Yikes--likely crisis averted.
Going through a full remodel of our home. Did not have a water softener previously, but decided to have one installed since all of the plumbing was upgraded. The Krystal Pure 64,000 unit came highly recommended from the Lowe's associate, and purchase was entirely conducted through Lowe's. We also arranged for the purchase and installation of a Krystal Pure reverse osmosis system. Free installation was part of the package and arranged for a Tuesday. Each day came and went with another excuse that they would not be able to perform the install. They were either overbooked or had vehicle issues. A week later, I'm now having to pay for installation for the setup by our plumber. Our plumber's work was delayed because he couldn't set our water heater without setting the water softener in our equipment closet. Which was also delaying our move-in date. Our contractor had to pick up the water softener and RO system just to get the equipment. I'm not encouraged by the level of service and the claim of a lifetime warranty.
Very very poor customer service when things go wrong. My water softner was not installed correctly to begin with. When calling to report the water was not soft and obviously the water softener was noy working i was told to flush the toilet. Agent said that if the unit reads "softening", it's working. Called back because water was not softening. Had to wait 2 weeks for a tech. Tech came out tested warer, reset grain flow, set regen, said to wait a few days and it would improve. After waiting several days and getting on service schedule again the next tech reports that system was not installed correctly and was missing a gasket in the brine elbow. He didn't have the part to repair. Now waiting until Thursday November 7to get another tech to attempt to repair a water softener that was not installed correctly to begin with with in January. No efforts or concern to expedite a service call. Very disappointing.
Management does not care about customer relations. They set money grabbing policies, then burden workers with trying to explain them. We had a leak from an installation mistake and they wanted to charge us to fix it. Although they relented on charging us, we still had to fix damage caused by their mistake. Also, we called for a filter change and let them know our salt reservoir was leaking. They sent the tech out with the filters and no reservoir. This caused a second trip with a second charge. I would've just picked the reservoir up and hooked it up myself, if I had known. Really, $80 to change a hose? I would have given them at least 4 stars initially, which is why I didn't drop them all the way down to 1 star. And the techs have been satisfactorily professional. I don't want to find out how bad it can get past this time.
When my technician Abel came to my house to service my water softener he was very polite and courteous. When I had a question he didn t mind answering it and was very knowledgeable. Thank you Ameriflow for you re timely service and outstanding customer service. I will definitely be a customer for life and will recommend your service to family and friends.
Thank you Ameriflow Water Systems for sending Abel to service our water softener. Abel arrived earlier than the slotted time window I was given. He had a lot of replumbing to do to fix my problem but was done so quickly that I could get on with my day with confidence knowing that the leak was fixed. Thankfully Abel noticed and spoke with me about a potential problem with my water heater which is going to save me from a headache in the near future. Bless him!! He was my guardian angel today !! Thank you, Cari Lynn
Scam + Junk = Scam Scam It is a absolute shame company's Like this exists! I purchased a top of the line watersoftner or so I thought? wrong I was! Junk is what I bought nothing but issues from day one. Worst NIGHTMARE the Top piece Broke off and flooded my house 40 grand in damage. I didn't complain to Ameriflow that they installed it not up to code. so that the water just dumped into my house for hours instead of in the garage and out to the street. That was the first time i called but I had to fix out of my pocket due to their 80$ scam charge to even come and look to see if they'll cover it under warranty! After their product flooded my house they still wanted 80 bucks to look at it. But wait more problems I fixed the part myself purchased it from their store. but then a few months go by now something else breaks. The watersoftner no longer lets water out of it at all! Therefore deming this unit completely useless. So I call Ameriflow for help. Well as it turns out the salesperson which is all one company. owned through Spencers. When I bought it he assured me it has a amazing warranty and no cost to me if anything was to happen in the warranty period. So it's in the warranty period. Now I'm ready to pay the 80 scam charge. I no longer have a choice and guess what they pull? The old yeah it's under warranty but it's going to cost you $400 to fix it for labor! Hey AmeriFlow thats what warranty is it's your product It failed so labor is included. Thats the way you sell it Now that its time to fix dont scam your customers AmeriFlow! Thats almost the value of the water softener itself it makes no sense. Please sit back stop thinking about stealing from people! think how you would feel if you were a customer! Dont sell your products based off lies. Tell people the truth that you don't have a warranty. You have a slightly discount repair if even that. Arizona do yourself a favor never shop from this company. It time the customer takes a stand and no longer supports company's that take advantage of you. If you buy from AmeriFlow you will find out the hard way like I did. It is so sad that the world has allowed this kind of Bait and Switch to go on! Everything I have stated is A fact! So please dont purchase from them and If you do Dont say I didn't warn you . What Defines a good company is not what happens when your happy with a brand new item. Most if not all good reviews come in the first few days or months. But It's what they do to take care of their customers when their products Don't live up to their worth. Keep your customers coming back is how to succeed in a world of Online.
I bought a water heater from Spencers that Ameriflow installed, but it failed after three weeks. I called and talked to Tim (general manager) at 9:00 A.M. and he sent out plumbers to take away the defective water heater and they brought a new one. The project was completed by 1:30. So far everything seems fine, I appreciate their effective and expedient way of solving a warranty issue.
Amazing customer service and I love my water softener! I'm happy that I didn't get scammed by another company that wanted thousands of dollars. Great quality at a great price.
Worst experience ever, i would not recommend to anyone. Purchased through Lowes. They say they will have warranty for year after install. Although they say warranty, get ready to pay $49 EVERYTIME THEY ARE OUT.
Excellent service! Abel came out to change my water filter and check my water softener. He took the time to educate me on the systems as they are pretty new to me. He was professional and efficient and I learned a lot from him! Great company, I highly recommend them
Recently had some issues with my RO system, but didn't want my local service tech coming to the home. Called and Tim walked me through diagnosing the problem and sent the replacement parts out right away. Thanks!
Shawn and Nick provided me with excellent service. I even called over a year after the softener and RO systems were installed, and not only did they help me troubleshoot the water having a different taste, but nick even sent me an additional add-on filter free of charge! Highly recommend using this company.
Technician Abel recently came to our home for maintenance of our water softener and was professional, patient, polite, and respectful. He took the time to answer questions and provide wonderful customer service. This was our first contact with this company and will call them again if we need assistance. Thank you Abel for your time and expertise.
I didn't catch the tech's name, but he was professional and polite. I especially appreciate his professionalism during our current lock down. No nonsense, just got the job down and went on his way to help the next homeowner in need. Thank you.
