My salt resin cracked & even though it's under war...

My salt resin cracked & even though it's under warranty, they wanted to charge me $86 dollars service, so...I took it to them. The front girl was super nice & the man who carried it out to my car was too.
Whoever helped me on the phone, was not so nice. Wish I had her name.
