I really had high hopes of doing business with Allsouth Appliance again but having to think twice about it now. I have always had great service there over the years but not recently. Seems now the place has changed hands to employees of..........lets say not so honest, lack of integrity, and lack of fairness towards buyers & their own employees. My sales guy I depended on over the years is gone! I would never step foot in this place again. I hear they are rude and seem to hire people with "not high standards" from the information I have researched. Check out the "people" that run this place before purchasing here. I will take my business elsewhere!!!

I worked with micheal who I purchased a almost $12,000 sub zero refrigerator. Spend less than 10 minutes paid cash and was told would be in for delivery on September 13th. No call back and into oct. said didn t come in but would be in around the 13th oct. but never called ever to let me know it was in the store sitting for a week. . After 3 calls again found out delivery from another person it would be connected on the 28th oct. Again called and found out thru some one else. Be very cautious on dealing with micheal. Quit to sell you but forget about the service after!!!! Your on your own!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a wash machine that had a 3 year warranty in August 2018. In April 2019 I started having problems with it resulting in 7 service calls and numerous delays. It is now mid-July and it is still not working. As a business this really put us in a bind. We had to make several trips to the coin op laundromat, costing us time and money. They made me call the company that made the wash machine to inquire about a new unit and they refused to provide me with a loaner unit while a possible replacement was being considered. I will not do business with this company again. They do not stand by their products or help their customers.

My Speed Queen commercial washer and dryer were delivered yesterday. Love them! Shorter cycle time is a big plus. Previous washer was front load. My long time sales person, Diann, always shoots straight with me and knows the pros and cons of the products. Delivery guys were courteous, experienced, and careful. Frankly, I don't know why anyone would go to a mega store when you can do business with local appliance professionals like these.

The best customer service! Diann B. was the associate that helped us. First, she was knowledgeable. We had been waiting weeks to know when we would be able to get a dishwasher we ordered from a big box store that was listed on their site as 'in stock'. After waiting on hold with the big box store customer service # for 40 min, and then being told 'I don't know', I decided to look elsewhere. I am so glad I found AllSouth. On my first call, Diann immediately knew that the model we were looking for in the color we needed, was not being produced at the factory due to the pandemic. She suggested another model, double checked that she could get it from the factory and how long it would take to arrive and she was right on the mark. As soon as it came to their warehouse, she called to let me know it had arrived. She asked their delivery crew to 'work us into' their schedule and it was delivered within a couple of days. Even the delivery guys, working in the heat were extremely pleasant and courteous. We have been using our new dishwasher for a month now and are very pleased with the model Diann suggested. We were treated by Diann as if she was the owner of the company, like she had a personal, vested interest in our satisfaction with the experience. Flawless process from start to finish, great communication, knowledge, and professionalism! We are AllSouth converts for life, thank you Diann!!

Great service should always be recognized. Not only did they have the best prices, but their delivery team, Tellis and Efian, could not have been more helpful and their kindness and great attitudes made it that much better. We will be calling All South for any future appliance needs.

I recently ordered a GE fridge and dishwasher. The salesperson Diann was such a great help! I mistakenly told her the color I wanted. When I figured out the incorrect color had been ordered, she went into work on her day off to make sure I received what I wanted. They look fabulous in my kitchen. Thanks a million Diann!

Great place to shop around for appliances. Haven t been anywhere like this place. So exciting for those who are renovating or building!

Great selection of high end appliances, and knowledgeable sales person. The reason I can t give them 5 stars is because we had a mess-up in the delivery, but once I followed up, they found a way to deliver and install the fridge just one day late. Excellent recovery from an issue, good customer service.

Does have a very good selection, probably better than any appliance store in the metro Birmingham area.

I would not say that you would expect to find a good deal there, but if you are looking for something very specific, more than likely they have it.

We received a quote on a package of 4 appliances, and they claimed that they were selling it at "cost". I did not find that claim to have merit.

I contacted AllSouth about 7 weeks ago for a warranty repair of a washing machine purchased from them less than a year ago. 3 days later I was called back for an appointment. A week later the tech came out and said she would need to order all of the three parts that could cause the problem. 2 weeks passed with no call back. I contacted them again and asked what was with the delay. I was reassured the last part was on the way and I would be contacted soon for a final repair appointment. 3 weeks later they called to set up the repair appt. Repair was made quickly and hassle free.

AllSouth delivered again!! Very happy with the folks at AllSouth Appliances -- specifically Jarrard and Liz. I recommend them all the time to clients and friends. While other companies are having trouble getting inventory, AllSouth has what you need and will get it to you ASAP.

As a Kitchen and Bath Designer, Allsouth is the only place I take my clients when shopping for appliances. We have a saying in the construction industry, 'it's not 'if'' something goes wrong but 'when'. Allsouth Appliance provides an added layer of protection for both me and my clients. That's important to know if you're considering a big box store. When a hiccup happens, Allsouth will move heaven and earth to ensure the project stays on time and my clients stay happy. From selection to installation and everything in between, you won't find this level of white glove service anywhere else. They are the gold standard in the industry.

Great products and very happy with our purchases. Also the deliver/setup guys did a great moving everything and getting the appliances setup and running.

We are MORE than happy with our 3rd AllSouth experience. From Denise in sales to our delivery and installer. I have to brag on them. Denise took so much time helping us pick out the perfect kitchen appliances (and SO patient). They truly are the best in town and LOCALLY OWED! Then you get the guys delivering and installing. Brian went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, even going to get a part on Friday night so I could cook for friends the next day! The delivery guys were so funny, nice and respectful of my floors and cabinets. They also taught me how to use my refrigerator! Very knowledgeable! I will be buying my appliances from AllSouth in the future and encourage others to do the same.

I am so thankful for Liz at AllSouth. I could not have made it through my kitchen remodel as well as I did without her patience, kindness, knowledge and assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she put together a few options and everything turned out so great.

As for selection of different brands and types ...availability...you seriously could not ask for more from AllSouth. Delivery people are kind and timely.

After purchasing a new Maytag dryer to match our Maytag washer, the Delivery Driver ,Robert Pollard (and his workmate), called ahead of time, arrived within the time that they provided, moved our existing old dryer to a different location, and installed the new dryer expeditiously and without damaging anything. GREAT JOB AND GREAT RESPECT FOR OUR HOME !!!

I ordered a washer and dryer on their website - The website works well, and the process was smooth. I didn't receive any communication regarding the purchase, so I both called and e-mailed, with what I thought was no reply. The issues are that (1) the phone they use apparently used to belong to a financial service firm, so the caller ID reads "Greer Capital Advisors," and (2) they did not leave messages. I thought I had a financial services firm trying to solicit me, but in fact it appears it was AllSouth Appliance.
We worked out delivery and installation, and it was perfect! The product works wonderfully (LG washer/dryer), and the service has been excellent throughout. I could call-out names of people involved, but it's easier to say "everybody," since there was nobody who wasn't amazing. With reasonable pricing, incredible service and great products, AllSouth Appliance performed above and beyond expectations.

Our washing machine stopped working, so we called Mark from AllSouth. He found us an excellent washing machine for a great price, and we have been very happy with it. Mark was so knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with, and he took great care of us. We were so pleased at how quickly he was able to have our new one delivered and set up. We have four kids, so we can t go very long without a washing machine! We would highly recommend AllSouth for their excellent customer service.

I purchased a radiant glass electric drop in range the first impression of stores was very inviting. The entire experience was awesome. I did not have to find a representative to assist me. Diane was very helpful knowledgeable and respectful in assisting with my purchase. Danny was very efficient in installing my stove he was great. Both made me say to myself with this type of service no big box stores for me. And the price was comparable. I would totally recommend this place for any appliance purchase. Oh yes I bought it 2 weeks ago but I don't cook much. I tried it out and love the smooth top look and how it bakes. And got my military discount. Win win.

Robert Pollard along with his delivery partner were great in delivering our refrigerator and fitting it into our existing space. The fridge was warped the first time. The 2nd time they sent a new crew out with a new fridge. They were sub par compared to Robert and his partner. Hated it took 3x to get our fridge installed but thankful Robert and his partner were hard workers and wanted to make it right for us. Wish they had sent him out the 2nd time our fridge was delivered!

Best customer service. I love Lizbeth! Super sweet and helpful when purchasing a washer and dryer set for my dad during the pandemic. Everywhere else was sold out or you had to order and it was 3 weeks out! We needed to purchase now so AllSouth had only 3 types of washer and dryer sets in stock and we snatched up the LG set (which they had 4 sets at the warehouse of). Everything was fast and the store is beautiful.

Very pleased with our overall experience with AllSouth. Liz, our sales associate, was very professional and helpful (and immediately resolved the one issue we had). Robert Pollard and his associate were very accommodating and efficient with the delivery/install.

We have been working with Michael Sherbert to pick out appliances for our kitchen remodel. He has gone above and beyond to help us! From finding brands that would qualify for a rebate, to looking at different options online for ice makers and beverage centers, to helping me submit the online rebate form! Ok, this store does do the high-end appliances to just above standard level appliances. When entering the store, it seem like they really only care about the high-end customer. I loved the receptionist she was very courteous, warm, helpful; just everything you'd want as the first contact for your business. The sales force though, is a different story. With all that space, and I remember the big news when they moved into such a large building, one would think they could capitalize on the opportunity to give regular customers a taste of what they give the upper crust.

We just bought a washer and dryer and these folks are great! Thank you so much for helping us and going over and above our expectations!

We just had our refrigerator installed by Robert P. and his teammate. They were professional and courteous. Due to space they had to remove two interior doors and the doors to the fridge but were very careful when moving the fridge and had no issues. Set up the shelving and cleaned up the trash. Thanks for the hard work. I recommend AllSouth and we have used them for all appliances for our remodel in our main kitchen and for the basement remodel.

AllSouth patiently allowed me to decide on a refrigerator. Due to a prior difficult experience with a refrigerator I had multiple questions and was very leery of any sales pitch but Susan V. listened to all my complaints about my prior fridge without ever being frustrated. Once I finally decided on a product she gave me expectations for its arrival. The team reached out to me when the item was in and set up delivery within a day,. The delivery men were excellent and Susan V reached out to me during the process to keep me informed. Unfortunately the item received a small ding on installation but without hesitation or questions a new part was ordered that SAME DAY! Y all this doesn t happen at other appliance centers! So think twice before you decide to go elsewhere. Shop AllSouth! And did you know they will price match... added bonus!

We had a great experience with AllSouth, and we will be sure to return again in the future. Due to COVID-19, our items were delayed because of the manufacturer. Our contact, Erik, did a great job of keeping tabs on the shipment and keeping us informed. We also had a hiccup with our rebate, but Erik went above and beyond to help fix this. We really appreciated his efforts and customer service. We will be using AllSouth from now on!

Fantastic experience buying a new washer and dryer. I initially purchased a Maytag 6600 series set from Lowe s thankfully used their 30 day return policy to start over. Avoid Lowe s at all cost - can t ever find an employee who knows anything or reach anyone by phone. Lowe s screwed up every aspect of my purchase and gave my the wrong information. They outsource delivery to a third party independent contractor so frustrating didn t show up after keeping me waiting for an entire day!

Diane at Allsouth was very professional and helpful and everything went very smoothly. The delivery process is managed by people who you can easily reach by phone. They did a super job on a tight installation.

I purchased the LG 3900 series set this time - vastly superior to Maytag! Great cleaning power, super quiet, lights inside both washer and dryer, WiFi alerts and top rating from Consumer Reports.

So save yourself a lot of time and heartache by skipping Lowe s or Home Depot and dealing with a local company dedicated to actually serving customers!

I have been very pleased with my experience at AllSouth Appliance. We have bought an oven, a gas cooktop, hood vent, and a refrigerator. The sales people are very helpful and informative and we got excellent service. This time Ashley helped us pick the model and knew the features well of each brand. The delivery team of two ,headed by Robert Pollard , were so conscientious. They took great care in getting the old refrigerator out and the new one in. I would recommend AllSouth for quality appliances and very good service.

I have just finished working with Michael Sherbert at All South Appliances. I had to replace all the appliances in my home after a lightening strike, and the process really seemed daunting. I needed to find the best appliances at the best price, since I was working within insurance allowances. Michael took all the stress out of the process! He suggested I send him a list of what I needed, with any particular brands or features I was interested in. He took my list, researched the best options, and came back with a full package of the best appliances that fit my budget. I just placed the order, and most of the appliances will arrive in a week! I was amazed at the customer service he provided - immediate responses to my emails, even on his off day. And Branson and the store manager Mike were also very helpful when I was in the store. This is THE WAY to shop for appliances! While I hope I don't NEED them again for a while, I will definitely come back to All South the next time I need an appliance. Thank you, Michael, for such amazing service.

11/18/18- We bought a dishwasher from AllSouth and the transaction went great. We had the dishwasher installed the next day and the service company that installed it found the control board was bad. We called it in that day and they told me they were booked for a week. Once the tech came out, they told us the control board was bad. I then had to hound them to get the board ordered that week. Here we are a week later...2 weeks after finding an issue, and still no working dishwasher. The part came in but they couldn't fit in our service call until next week. All we wanted was some customer service to make us fee like they valued us and prioritized fixing the bad dishwasher they sold us. Buying experience- good. Post sale customer service- horrible

11/21/18--Follow Up Post- I wanted to add to my original review because on Monday, I received a call from the technician who came and installed the new board. He found out the motor was bad also and immediately called me. We then immediately got a call from Jamie at the store telling me they were sending an installer the next morning to replace our dishwasher. As promised, the installer showed up at 9:00 the following morning and did a great job. Thank you AllSouth for fixing this and thank you Jamie for all your help. We will continue buying all our appliance and Green Egg needs from you guys.

Allsouth seems to have undergone a lot of personnel changes here lately. I had planned to go there in the spring for a new washer, but my trusted salesperson is no longer there. Not all changes are for the better... UPDATE: I just got my new washer and dryer and they are great. Found out where my trusted salesperson is now. Called him. Told him what features I wanted. Gave him my card and he had them delivered and installed. It doesn't get better than that!

Working with AllSouth Appliance for our kitchen renovation was a top notch experience. Glen Hite in sales was extremely patient, professional and timely with me as I weighed options, and his knowledge of appliances is second to none! Delivery was smooth and Oscar s installation was seamless. We had a service call for an oven and Ray diagnosed and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. And also provided some very helpful tips to get optimal performance from my appliances. All interactions with the AllSouth were exceptional. They have a great team!! My husband and I recommend them with no hesitation.

We have a Thermador dishwasher that required a repair. We called AllSouth Appliance Repair in Birmingham, and Deana discussed our repair needs. She immediately scheduled an appointment the next day. AllSouth sent their technician, Anthony. He called us to let us know he was on the way to our house. He ran several diagnostic programs and decided exactly what needed to done. He put the dishwasher through its cycle and gave us confidence that the appliance was repaired. We highly recommend AllSouth Appliance Repair in Birmingham including their customer service representative, Deana. We could not have been more pleased with their technician, Anthony. He was very careful with our house, cabinets, and dishwasher. He was highly professional. We originally bought all of our appliances from Debbie at AllSouth.

Sickening experience. I hate to write a negative review but I also would hate for someone else to experience what I did. The entire process was a nightmare. I paid PREMIUM money for cabinets that showed up with composite doors. It ALSO took more than SIX MONTHS (6) to get 'finished', yet they never were finished. I was told that they (AllSouth Appliance / Kale Frames) would install the appliance panels on my appliances. They did not. Not only that - I had to call a dozen times just to reach someone for help...and nobody ever helped. Some of my cabinet doors are hung BACKWARDS. YES - OPENS BACKWARDS. How does that even happen? There's at least six doors or drawers that are severely out of line. If I sold cabinets...I would be embarrassed that I even offered the quality that these cabinets are. That's no stretch of the TRUTH. The whole process didn't seem right from the start. I probably should've ran at that point but I did like most home-owners do & trusted my CoNtractor, Tommy Yarbrough (TYCON), who assured me that Kale Frames at Allsouth Appliance was who I should use. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. Again, I write this with deep regret but I would never do anybody what was done to me...and 'that' was...take me for a joke. I was charged premium money for something that has to be re-done. If only one person reads this and at least becomes AWARE of what happened to me...then I will sleep better. I feel robbed. The cabinets 1) took over 6 months to deliver, 2) were not aligned [at all], 3) they didn't install the appliance panels, they're 4) WAY OVER PRICED for the quality they are. I paid $30,000.00, and 5) have an overlay on the doors. Far from the 'custom painted in the factory'. I don't know how this company stays in business if every customer is treated the way I was treated. The jokes on them. They lost a lifetime customer. Trust me. Do yourself a favor and just KEEP looking. Don't end up like I did. It's disgusting.

I purchased a wash machine with a 3 year warranty in August 2018. In April 2019 I started having problems with the machine. After 7 technician visits (6 of which were completed by a company they recommended .... Appliance Connection) the wash machine is still not operating correctly. I run a very busy business that requires an operational unit. We have spent a lot of time and money running our laundry to a coin operated laundromat just so we can be operational. When I inquired about getting a new unit under the warranty contract AllSouth told me that I had to make that phone call and when I asked if they have loaner units they told me the warranty company would have to decide. The warranty company said AllSouth would have to decide. AllSouth refuses to provide a loaner unit and they refuse to talk to the company about my warranty. The DO NOT take care of their customers and do not stand behind their products. A manager was supposed to call me and no surprise - they have not. Go elsewhere.

Recently had an issue with my washer machine. Called Allsouth Appliance and the team was all over it! Fast and friendly service! All the people were great and friendly over the phone, techs were professional and courteous as well. I know where I am going when I look to upgrade my appliances. Thank you AllSouth for taking care of our needs!!!

We went in to purchase an over the range microwave. Not a huge purchase, but heard good things about All South and figured they d be better than Sears.
Installers were running late and I had to call to get an update. Scheduled time was between 1-4 and they arrived after 5. When driving across Birmingham in rush hour what can you do?
There were 2 installers but one only took the unit off the truck and brought it inside.
The actual installer did a fine job installing it. Sure he had to drill new holes in the cabinet and walls, but that s expected. He cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant to deal with.
I will probably use them again for appliance needs.

I just spoke with Christy who was amazingly helpful in every aspect! What is surprisingly welcomed change!
We have been AllSouth customers since moving down south in 2006. Unfortunately, our repetitive breakdown and malfunctions of appliances have been met with less than satisfactory outcomes.
With the new changes that have taken place in AllSouth's organizational methodology, it is my hope that the technicians are as proficient in their trade as Christie is in her ability and willingness immediately research and resolve issues and questions.

Mike Luther was outstanding in guiding my wife and me on the best washer and dryer for our family. The price was very competitive and the delivery guys were great. Robert Pollard went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the removal of the existing washer and dryer and installation of the new ones. It was a pleasure to work with this company.

Had a great experience here. Debby was fantastic helping me pick out a new stove and hood. She gave me several options that fit what I needed and all the information to make an informed decision. The purchasing, delivery and installation processes went very smoothly. The installation guy was super nice and efficient. I love my new stove, and had no problems at all. Pro tip: make an appointment with a rep. for large appliances. They get really busy on weekends.

I had the most horrific experience ever with Electrolux/Frigidaire regarding a warranted machine, and as a last ditch effort I reached out to All South Appliance and Ms. Ellen Neely absolutely saved the day for us. Ellen went way beyond and above to resolve a matter for us that was not directly related to All South, Ellen showed compassion and empathy for what my family was going through. When no one else had a solution to resolve my problem to my satisfaction, Ellen solved it quick fast and in a hurry. I have experienced many businesses in my years and All South are placed in the top percentage of customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend them as the place to go for appliance service, ask for Ellen Neely.

Not sure what is going on, but this has been the worst experience. We went because of positive reviews from friends, but I can never get in touch with my sales associate and no one else appears to be able to help me. This process is taking forever and I was literally told to install the wall oven myself. If they didn't already have my deposit, I wouldn't be going back in the store.

AllSouth is the best place to buy your appliances. They have everything at every price point.

We found an unbelievable deal with on an LG double stove that was not available in any state other than California, some how Mark at Allsouth appliance was able to get it for us. We had to wait a two months, sometimes those unbelievable deals are on things that don't exist but we were patient and Mark made it happen! I can highly recommend Mark at ALLsouth. The delivery guys were also AWESOME, they were polite, clean, friendly, professional, young men...couldn't be happier!

We have been very happy with the appliances that we bought from All South. We had some problems with the microwave initially, but the issue got resolved with help from our sales person, Mark Burch. Mark is great about making sure his customers are satisfied even after the sale.

So AllSouth was touting the advantages of using them for appliance purchases. My microwave fails after 3 weeks and they basically say you are on your own. I ll just be going to Lowe s next time I need a new appliance!

This is an amazing, family company. Allsouth is owned and ran by 2 brothers who treat every employee and customer just like they are family. The selection here is unbeatable, and the sales team goes above and beyond to make sure they exceed your expectations and meet your needs in every way possible!!!

I had a great experience shopping at AllSouth Appliance. The showroom is very impressive. There are so many different products and options to look at AllSouth. The prices are competitive and the sales staff is very knowledgeable. A great experience all around.

I recently got a large Big Green Egg from AllSouth Appliance and I can't say enough good things about these folks. They answered all my questions, gave me great tips, and went the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. I wouldn't hesitate to do business again at any of their locations.

Service BEFORE the sale is easy--service AFTERWARDS is very difficult. We were encouraged by our builder (Town Builders of Mt. Laurel) to purchase our appliances from AllSouth, and spent more than $10,000 in doing so. The dryer came in damaged; the oven was not calibrated correctly; and the microwave does not pop corn. Or salesperson, Mark Burch, has been knowledgeable, professional and diligent, but he has not been able to correct the microwave issue. The other items have been addressed. The AllSouth technician visited us from Huntsville, declared that the microwave was still under warranty and that they should either replace the popcorn sensor or provide us with a new unit. That was more than two weeks ago, and to date, we have been ignored. I have left messages with Angel, who was to give our concerns to Rachael. I also left a message with Jamie Green, but he is yet to respond. Perhaps we ll have better luck with Kitchenaid. I would give this group zero stars, but as that option is not available, they ll only get one.

I had trouble with another appliance repair company and contacted AllSouth. Their technician was very knowledgeable and professional and he was able to fix my problem without purchasing additional parts, unlike the other company was wanting to do. I highly recommend them!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Allsouth Appliance. I am the Executive Director of Unless U, and we are a Birmingham based nonprofit that serves adults with developmental disabilities and their families through continuing education, life skills, and social skills. We are currently building our own school and needed appliances for our Life Skills Classroom. Due to Covid-19, there is a nationwide appliance shortage. I had been all over town and online looking for appliances. Every time I went to purchase an item, it would say it was going to be six months until it would be available. We have waited six years to build this school, and we were not going to delay opening due to not having appliances. Through talking it over with friends and coworkers and being overwhelmed and frustrated, someone mentioned All South Appliance. I walked in and met Mike Luther. I explained our dilemma, and he quickly helped me pick out items that would be available right away and worked out some amazing deals to save us money. It was so easy and such a wonderful experience. Mike made sure we had the best appliances at the best prices for our school. I am so relieved that our school will have the best of the best, thanks to All South Appliance.

When you walk in to their foyer, speak with the receptionist (for lack of a better term), and she will contact a sales person to help you. AllSouth isn't like a big box store where you can walk around aimlessly and "hope" for an employee to come seek you out.

My only complaint is that their shipping department forgot the cord for my oven, so now my installation is held up until next week. However, when I call Diane, she will take care of it because she's quite reliable, and very good at her job.

When to Allsouth in Birmingham on the 11th due to the fact that our washing machine finally gave up the ghost. We decided to by a whole new set to and purchased in cash. The sales person advised that they usually get the email from the warehouse on Monday and they would call us to set up a time. No call on Monday...so i called on Tuesday......my salesperson seemed irritated that I called and advised that no the set was not in the warehouse and that it should be in shortly ......when no call by Friday my husband called to check......they took a message and said the salesman would call us back.....no call. My husband's cancer took a turn for the worse and we had to bring him back home to the house for hospice care.....we got a call the day I was at the hospital (the 20th) advised that they would deliver the unit on Friday....then got a call back and was advised it would be Monday instead......17 days after we bought the set. I called the sales person back today and got a voice mail....called and asked to speak to a manager to see if there was any way we could get the unit today.....i can't even wash linens from my husbands bed. Update the sales manager called me and is working to see if anything can be done. I strongly suggest that if something is not in stock tell your customer....we would have paid more for something else and would have paid more if need be....at the very least let us know at ETA on when you can receive and deliver something....actually that would have be acceptable as well.....but don't blow someone off and don't lie

I have used Allsouth Appliance Group for many years. About ten years ago, they supplied the appliances when I remodeled my home. Since that time, I have used them for service and repair. Their technicians are always knowledgeable and polite. Recently my dryer required repair, and Allsouth technician, Ray, came to my house to repair it. The repair necessitated a trip to get a part, and Ray took the time to go get the part and repair the dryer in one day. I really appreciate the time and care he provided. Thanks for continuing to provide such nice service!

Update. Since my last post, Allsouth has reached out to me. A very nice and sincere manager named Jamie sent a loaner wash machine the very next day and they are actively working with me to get a new machine through the warranty. Thank you for your help Jamie....it is truly appreciated. With this response, I will di business with AllSouth again.
