Service BEFORE the sale is easy--service AFTERWARDS is very difficult. We were encouraged by our builder (Town Builders of Mt. Laurel) to purchase our appliances from AllSouth, and spent more than $10,000 in doing so. The dryer came in damaged; the oven was not calibrated correctly; and the microwave does not pop corn. Or salesperson, Mark Burch, has been knowledgeable, professional and diligent, but he has not been able to correct the microwave issue. The other items have been addressed. The AllSouth technician visited us from Huntsville, declared that the microwave was still under warranty and that they should either replace the popcorn sensor or provide us with a new unit. That was more than two weeks ago, and to date, we have been ignored. I have left messages with Angel, who was to give our concerns to Rachael. I also left a message with Jamie Green, but he is yet to respond. Perhaps we ll have better luck with Kitchenaid. I would give this group zero stars, but as that option is not available, they ll only get one.
