I had the most horrific experience ever with Electrolux/Frigidaire regarding a warranted machine, and as a last ditch effort I reached out to All South Appliance and Ms. Ellen Neely absolutely saved the day for us. Ellen went way beyond and above to resolve a matter for us that was not directly related to All South, Ellen showed compassion and empathy for what my family was going through. When no one else had a solution to resolve my problem to my satisfaction, Ellen solved it quick fast and in a hurry.
