The ladies and the one gentlemen in this agency are so rude they talk about people and crack jokes on them wile they re not around and the application process takes long for nothing it took 4 hours just for them to tell me they don t have a job for me worse agency in the high desert I want to give them a 0 star or a negative star they are beyond horrible

Worked for this temp agency for almost a year now and they have always kept my best interest and were extremely helpful. Joshua N. and other staff are personable, professional and responsive. Would highly recommend this place over any other temp agency in the HD.

Don t waste your time unless you like minimum wage. McDonald s great if you looking to not get anything but attitude out of a place of employment. Dumbest staffing angecny I ever attended for any orientation/ interview process. Jacob the person I spoke with before coming in assured me there was positions available above minimum wage, after two hours of my life wasted they tell me they don t have opportunity unless I m willing to make minimum wage. Right when I got in there they told me to remove my hat for some stupid dress code when half the people in there couldn t even wear pants that fit. I took a piss test and she wanted to ask me as they were reviewing my urine I has used drugs in the past 90 day when obviously the damn results were clean. Don t waste your time with this slow, outdated under communicated staffing and building.

These people play games instead of just saying they are not giving you a job

I didn't get her name but the lady right in the front is very rude ! She always talks to you with attitude this was my second time in and same experience with her. First on the phone i was told they had a position for me once I went in all they said was keep calling to see what we have available.

Applied,came in did the interview and application process,and NOTHING. never heard from them again

ICR Staffing has been wonderful. placing me in an work environment that I am very comfortable in. Any questions I have ICR Staffing personnel is more than willing to give me the correct answers. I really like that the staffing remembered my name from the first day of applying. I consider ICR Staffing as a world class Staffing agency.

Great place to look for a job, if my contract ended they found me another right away. I've been with icr for a couple of years now. They placed me with a company now that i really enjoy.

Called before going was told to show up with no appointment needed once I got there the lady in the front desk said I needed a appt. And a application before showing up there. Everyone was very rude

Wish I could give zero stars and honestly they deserve to go out of business.

They are rude as hell, unorganized and basically a complete joke. Quite honestly they should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat people.

I wish I can give you guys 0 stars because you will not get a job here. They should just go out of business at this point. All those good reviews have to be fake because I had multiple people go in to apply and they also told me you guys have not found any work what so ever.

Sent in my resume months ago and they didn't help me at all.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They sit behind that desk like they're God with an attitude. They better humble themselves. Nasty nasty attitudes

I wasnt really impress walking. However the lady at the desk was nice to me. Explain the rules of there offices. Since i drove 2 hrs to apply in person. I hope to let you all what happen after 7 to 10 day back ground check.

Great place for job opportunities and placement. Got a job within the first week of applying. Been steadily employed since August 2017 and the warehouse i work at is looking into hiring me full time. On the job training. I love this place. Thank you icr!

Filled out an application 2 weeks ago and so far they've been useless.

The process took a couple weeks before i had an interview but they were very kind and professional and did well matching me with a good job.

I went in to fill out the computer assessment the W4 and drug screen now i have been waiting weeks when i kept getting emails saying to apply for forklift position so i did now i just kept calling their availability line nobody answers just a voicemail i don't know how many employees they have but i am tired of these temporary agencies they say they want you to come for work after you're done then you're just waiting at home who needs an agency to look for work i thought they already had it i have a resume on indeed they need to take some employees off the roster and let them know to go look work elsewhere

Names Jesse..Just came back and I think everyone in the office had great attitude and was determined to work and help us find a fitting job I totally forgot names but everyone in the office friendly as hell I reccomend this place

They do not cut you any slack. Wasnt informed of the dress code and got turned down for my interview because i wore a hat on my way in. Very unprofessional.

Very rude at the office in Victorville I would like to let CEOs and higher management know how they treat people I advise anyone to film on your phone how there treat you so this agency so they can fire the staff who are not respectful

Job hunt could be a pain, Especially in the high desert with few openings. My experience with ICR has been delightful. The courtesy from very professional ICR staff is remarkable, and i recommend them for job seekers.

Worst place to try and get a job from they act like they're looking for a job for you but they don't care they won't find you a job all they care about is their paycheck people really need to just start doing the job they're supposed to but again they don't care.

I worked for a year in the worst environment and had a heart attack on the job. I was hired as a forklift operator but did more manual labor than anything... Moving tons of concrete by hand etc. I was doing this the day I had a heart attack on their job.. 5 months later I'm cleared to go back to work full duty and they could care less... No job, lies that they have no jobs, and more lies that they will call me when they have a job.. they only hire the truly desperate... So they can work you to death and discard you like trash for needing to feed your family...

These guys are awesome. Went in, got a call the next day for work. I've been with them for a little over 3 months and they're always helpful and professional in the office. I see some of the negative reviews on here. I'd suggest taking them with a grain of salt. Go in, talk to them, make your own opinion.

my son has been turned away twice becouse of a Pre employment Assessment test deems him unqualified to do an entry lvl job this place is a joke

I found this staffing agency, because I moved up the hill and was excited to apply. I passed the assessment and they told me they had nothing available for me. Didn t even schedule a day to come in to drug test and do background check. I called two weeks later because they had a position available for customer service/appointment setter. Stacy told me I didn t have the qualifications when I stated the listing on indeed that I meet the requirements, transferred me to Joshua, for him to tell me I do have the qualifications but they re heading the opposite way for someone in the office setting type of experience. The staffing agency is unprofessional for not putting that in the indeed posting.

Worst customer service ever , Corperate needs to train These classless women working here as they re pretty cocky for making below 30k a year .

False advertising they lie about the work they have I don't do agencies because of that reason first time yesterday two of the girls that work their are snobby especially the one in the front she's one of the two I think her name is stephanie shes tall really skinny I dont recommend this place.

Got me a nice job within a few days, great servics from the icr community. I recommend icr to anyone in need of a job as soon as possible.

This staffing agency doesn't hire you if you've been out of work for a while. How are you supposed to find work if a STAFFING agency won't even hire you. You don't need to have current work experience to work in a warehouse. Everyone knows warehouse work is straight and to the point.

Denied me from rescheduling my appointment because I had to take my pregnant girlfriend to a dr appointment to check on the baby and now they want accept me

Idk what all the negative talk is about Icr is the best employment agency That I ve been to. They are very helpful and they will work with you.

Great places just got hired on permanent to a company all because of these guys there always nice and helping there awesome!

I have put an application three weeks ago . no return calls. I have called several times for follow up. Still nothing a available. Really service

They take over half my paycheck every week, and dont give me the correct amount until i confront them about it. If i didnt i would be getting ripped off. This place is only in it for themselves and honestly dont seem like they even care about the staff. The work itself is fine, the pay is ridiculous. No way you could survive up here working with them.

So I google up this place and show up wearing a pencil skirt, office heels, and a chiffon blouse. I am not able to apply because its August my chiffon blouse is sleveless. I look around and see girls in tennis shoes and jeggins with love handle showing and a sloppy bun. I see men with tennis shoes, jeans, and t-shirts. I feel like I walked into the twilight zone. I can't believe this...shocked. If u want to apply here, don't forget to be frumpy!

The positive thinking person I am made me ignore the other negative posts but it bit me thismorning.
I guess I didn't answer the rediculous questions in a way that made the computer algorithm happy so they just sent me on my way. I guess dont waste your time as I have, unless your down and out and are grasping for straws. It looks to me that they dont have a plentiful amount of jobs, maybe they just need the headcount of people coming through to keep some government funding from drying up?

Pretty professional service reminds me of Steady Staffing Employment Services

Update: Signed on with ICR 3 months ago with a logistics/leadership background. They had me working in 2 days! And now after 90 days of working on my first assignment, I just got hired permanently with the company. They took the time to find me a job that went with the level of experience I had to offer. Be patient and respectful (cause they do get busy) and they will help you just like they helped me. Thanks for the fresh start ICR... AND THANK YOU ALL for the job you do!!!

The staff are friendly and willing to get your info for work. The problem is that they really don't have jobs. I have over a decade of warehouse experience so I came here to re-apply and wasted 5 hours filling paperwork and passing test after test for them to never call me back, its been almost a month and nothing. I call them up every week and they have nothing. ICR ain't the same since moving.

Not happy with this agency. They called, I returned the call and was ignored. Called twice and was told the second time someone would get right back with me. I know people are busy, but it is just rude to disregard someone you called.

I wanted a short time job, because ite a temporary job place for people who only need a temporary job an they didnt wany me cuz they need someone "long term" just a whole lotta bs, then they tell me to come in for an interview an clearly told me to brg NOTHING. Well they said they had sent an email to me to bring certain things, but no email was sent to me an the same thing happened to friends of mine applying here. So if u need a job look somewhere else, cause these people dont hell you out at all.

I have dealt with ICR since 2008. They are amazing at what they do, they always find something for me and the staff is very friendly and professional. I have moved out of the state and moved back a few times and I always go back to them I love it. Great place to find a good job.

Horrible they only help the most qualified its been a month. No work i wish i wouldve listen to the reviews I called the job every other Monday and i asked the lady why cat ever body have a chance to work she advises everyone to apply elsewhere to because its only if yout highly qualified you get a job LMAO screw them

this place is a front to say they will help someone and lie I know of a person who went there and was told they would find them a job and they never called them or help them and still waiting and another staffing firm great people took the time within two days and found a temp job for this person

Very rude. They literally are super disrespectful because they are use to people taking the disrespect due to needing jobs. Stephanie was the one that answered, rude as hell! I def wouldnt recommend going here. I made a call both times super rude on the phone. Go to another staffing g agency. Called another agency and they were super respectful and no hassel at all! Hope this was helpful.

This is an absolutely HORRIBLE staffing agency. I have never been so appalled with another business. The way that they treat employees will come back when someone reports them for harassment. They are rude and very very very unprofessional I have multiple conversations recorded between them and my husband where they are absolutely being extremely rude and unprofessional.

I applied over a week ago. They told me someone would call me and set up the interview. No one did so I called today. She asked me what type of work I was looking for, I told her I was a certified biller and coder so I was looking for something in medical. She said they didn't have anything like that, and that they could put me down as available. I asked her what kind of opportunities they offered, and she replies with, warehouse, and construction. So I said basically hard labor was all they had to offer. She said general labor. That was the end of the conversation. It was crazy.

Be aware of this place, it is my opinion that the only thing they want to do is get your information meaning your social and your name so they can sell your information to marketing firms so don't waste your time taking their test you are probably going to fail and if they say you failed make sure you tell them to shred all of your information because they are going to sell your information we all know that. Data is in demand these days. This place is fraudulent in my opinion. I suspect they only exist as screeners and a third party. Be careful.

I applied to this place and they never called me back or anything. Don't go to this agency unless you want your time to be wasted. I guarantee you that you will not find employment through this place

It's a great place to work for I applied and within a couple of days I had a job I desperately needed I've been there 6 months now.

I would recommend this over any other agency they are so kind and nothing but help for me I recently had to leave a job due to personal reasons and I was thinking they d maybe won t give me other opportunities to work but I was wrong the kind lady said if I am ready to begin working again I can always call back. 5 stars no doubt about it

Terrible service, just got off the phone to reschedule an appointment with them to see if they have any positions that I would be interested in and the lady on the phone was surprisingly upset about it! She did not want to reschedule me the appointment and was rediculously rude!

I was driving down armagosa rd one day they had this big advertisement saying they needed forklifts drivers i walk threw the door you see this thick glass window with this scary white behind it looking like im going to hold them up .Dont waste your time with place's like this you have good temp agencies down the in Ontario and Rancho cucamonga that will find you work and treat you with respect.

This has been one of the most horrible agencies I ve ever worked for. Everything seemed ok the first few weeks but than everything went downhill. It seems like this agency is still stuck in the 90 s. I am very appreciative that they found me a job, but honesty with these people does NOT go along way with them. You accumulate sick pay, yet you can t use it, well you can use it but you have to lie to them. I reached out, never missed work always on time been a great person to represent them yet they still can t seem to pay 16 hours of sick pay..... pathetic! They ve made way more money off of me than those 16 hours I m asking for. Avoid ICR at all costs!

They do not offer any jobs nor do they look for you.

This place is a waste of time. They made me fill out an application online, then made me do another one once i get there. After being there 1 hour they tell me i didn't pass the survey and couldn't help me.

They called me up and want to know if I was still looking for a job. I said I was and they set me up with an appointment the following week. I did their paper work online over the weekend. I show up before my scheduled appointment time, did their test and was told I wasn't qualified but if there was any work in the future they would call me? I don't get why they would call me if I didn't qualify in the first place. They should have talked to me in person first instead of wasting my time.

I was in and out in less than an hour and I wasn't the only interview. Urine test btw
