11/18/18- We bought a dishwasher from AllSouth and the transaction went great. We had the dishwasher installed the next day and the service company that installed it found the control board was bad. We called it in that day and they told me they were booked for a week. Once the tech came out, they told us the control board was bad. I then had to hound them to get the board ordered that week. Here we are a week later...2 weeks after finding an issue, and still no working dishwasher. The part came in but they couldn't fit in our service call until next week. All we wanted was some customer service to make us fee like they valued us and prioritized fixing the bad dishwasher they sold us. Buying experience- good. Post sale customer service- horrible
11/21/18--Follow Up Post- I wanted to add to my original review because on Monday, I received a call from the technician who came and installed the new board. He found out the motor was bad also and immediately called me. We then immediately got a call from Jamie at the store telling me they were sending an installer the next morning to replace our dishwasher. As promised, the installer showed up at 9:00 the following morning and did a great job. Thank you AllSouth for fixing this and thank you Jamie for all your help. We will continue buying all our appliance and Green Egg needs from you guys.
