Ok, this store does do the high-end appliances to just above standard level appliances. When entering the store, it seem like they really only care about the high-end customer. I loved the receptionist she was very courteous, warm, helpful; just everything you'd want as the first contact for your business. The sales force though, is a different story. With all that space, and I remember the big news when they moved into such a large building, one would think they could capitalize on the opportunity to give regular customers a taste of what they give the upper crust.
