This company is robo --spamming my cell phone. Constant harassment!!!! Jay Gotra is the CEO and Federal Communication Commission has been notified. Hopefully they keep it up and will end up with the lawsuit and fines the other worthless wireless security company spammer have received. DO NOT use this Company or contact them you will be spammed forever they sell the phone numbers to other telemarketers!!!!

People who sell do NOT know the systems like the techs do
- if you have pets ask for the 'PET FRIENDLY' which I didn't know existed...even cats that weigh 5lbs can set off the system that the 'sellers' say they won't.
-check with your home ins co. it is NOT a given to save 20 % like they express. More like 1-5% from a well known 'name brand' co

Technician was well knowledgeable about system. He did a walk through of the home and made sure we were covered 100%. He did everything to make sure I was safe and understood the system. Glad I had Jimmie as my technician.

They are amazing. I got 6 doors, two glass frequency alarms, video doorbell, yard monitoring camera, and interactive alarm system FOR FREE. They came over and did the install at 9pm instead of bumping us to another day. We only pay a monthly fee...compare to Vivent or Comcast..I did ..this is comparable equipment at fractions of the cost!

If I could give negitive stars I would, HORRIABLE SERVICE, please DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM. I can't believe a company is run like this. I was left on hold for a hours, hunged up on and treated with complete disrespect. My mother told them time and time again that they did not want this security system and refused to cancel her service even though she did not sign a contract with them, they were pushy and unreasonable to work with. I NEVER HATED A COMPANY SO MUCH IN MY LIFE.

I am very happy with the experience I've had with alliance so far Adam installed a great system for me and their customer service was extremely helpful with setting up my cameras and troubleshooting my problems and the technicians work excellent and provided a 5 star experience

Frankie was very polite, personable and professionally competent. He had many good recommendations to fine tune our system component choices--made previously via a cold call sales contact. He installed everything in a timely manner, while briefly explaining each step along the way. He had a couple of glitches to overcome, which he readily diagnosed. He especially kept us insulated from all of the one-time setup tasks where we didn't really have a "need to know". He walked us thru the operation of the system before leaving--with confidence that we didn't know was possible for folks of our generation---septagenerians. He made sure we could arm the system at bedtime and disarm it in the morning!!!

I am extremely unhappy with the business practices of your technical support in Tucson AZ. They came into my business and home (2 different locations) insisting on changing my system from my old one to a new up to date one and switched my monitoring to Monotronics. the techs stole my old system. it is my understanding they are not to take any property from the address they are servicing. Upon entering my information into the computer system my business and home were somehow joined and now dispatch always comes to my home no matter if it is for my home or business alarm. Techs do not answer their phones ever to help resolve this. they told me my monthly fee would decrease, but in reality it increased by $8 per month. The burglar alarm goes off sporadically in my business and I can't get a tech out to fix it. I have been calling since 11/2/14 and nothing has yet to be resolved.

the only resolution I want is my service contract with Alliance ended with no penalties, and my account charges refunded. i want the original security system which was removed to be returned. Also the local police dispatch will bill me for a being dispatched to the wrong location, Alliance is responsible for that bill as well.

If this is your business practices to have independent workers that are frauds and unreliable, then you should rethink your business plan. If that is not your goal then you need to rethink the techs whom you choose to do business with in Tucson.

He was professional. But also left exposed wiring. They need to be cover. When can this be done. Thank you Paytons

I had a pleasant experience with installation and the walk-thru regarding arming & disarming the system. The service guy had a pleasant demeanor.

Not satisfied with the fact that my motion denser doesn't work,,and this is a key part of this system considering we didn't get any window senders in which I think we should have gotten at least 2 or 3 of with this package I feel 2 should have included in thus package considering that window is are a key hot spot for burglers want to come in through!!!!!!

none stop robo calls, keep promising to take me off the call list and it never happens. Been called by three different numbers in three different states and every one promises to take me off but the don't, this is a 100% scam......f with them just like they f with you. Kept the last guy on the line for twenty minutes before telling him to f himself. Should be allowed to give them negative stars because they are frauds, liers and scammers, trying to take advantage of people by offering a free security system that isn't free, stay away.

Adam was very professional very knowledgeable and just a very interesting person he did his job checked everything and work very quickly. he also had Brian with him who helped him and they work together so that made it very nice for me. I asked some general questions regarding my home and putting on another alarm at another property gave me All the information that I needed and help me set up my new system with a new door lock and cameras and I absolutely love my new system and will be getting more systems at other properties that I manage and will be for referring Alliance security to all my friends and family. They both did amazing work and are truly five star strong technicians!

Our installer, Dave was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through the entire set up and answered all our questions to ensure we completely understood the system. He made the install such a pleasant experience that we recommended him to quite a few friends.

Installer was polite and knowledgeable I was surprised that the alarm itself is not connected to a fire detector. Also it notifies a door opens, but doesn't notify that the door stayed open (children leave for school and forget to close door)

I will do my best to summarize our history with this company. An account, somehow attached to us was sold to another security by Alliance Security roughly 2 months ago. However, we in fact were not ever clients of Alliance!
Our security service is already being provided by another security company, for monitoring and billing. We have been a customer of that company since July of 2014. During the course of the year we upgraded our equipment only (which may have been done by Alliance guys) but we NEVER discontinued service with the security company we had. Our monitoring has never been interrupted from them for even one day! We can prove this and so can security company we use!
Somehow during the year last year, Alliance security began to bill us for security services, even though they were not and have not ever provided it for us. The only thing they ever provided was a bill, which was overlooked for several months, since most of our bills are automatically paid. When decided to review our bills for the quarter a couple of months ago, I caught the issue and promptly reported it to Alliance immediately.
They first gave us one hell of a run around, but ultimately did their own investigation and did find that they in fact never provided any monitoring services for us. They made no apologies, and many broken promises to resolve the issue without delay. The next thing I find, is a letter from another security company telling us, that Alliance sold our account to them. An account that is in fact a false account and they knew it clearly!
We do believe that the reason for selling the account is because we caught onto their scam, persistently called & complained, presented our evidence and upon investigation, they admitted the mistake. We were told by the manager who investigated the matter, that we would only receive a partial refund of 50% of all previously paid bills because they felt we should have caught the mistake sooner and would not have been billed so many times!
Obviously we rejected that and the debate went on longer than we were willing to tolerate. In the end, in an effort to bring the grief to a halt, we agreed to just go forward with that ridiculous and likely illegal offer of a resolution. We were told the billing would also stop immediately.
We never did receive any refund at all. The billing did stop, but the billing from the new company they sold the account to began promptly! For this reason, we will now be seeking legal action against them effective immediately for the full amount plus damages.

I highly recommend this alliance home security, from the moment they called they were very professional. They came when they said they were coming and the installer was very respectfull and professional he was extremely helpful and made sure we understood how to operate the system. David Rossi was our installer and I give him a 5 star rating and 2 thumbs up. Thanks for the service.

I absolutely love my new system! I was nervous about it at first but it has been an amazing experience all the way through. Tech was professional, neat, and thorough. Everyone I have spoken to has been courteous and kind. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

I had an appointment for them to come out and install my alarm and security cameras. No one never showed or called to confirm my appointment. I called numerous of times and did not receive an answer. I finally got through to someone and then I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. No one ever came back to the telephone. I do not know how this company does business but I do not appreciate a company that does not respect their potential customers time and have enough respect to put my security needs as a priority. I am no longer interested in doing business with Alliance Security because it is very clear to me that they do not value their customers.

I had a break-in at my house recently. Adrian was very helpful during the the installation. He explained everything. I feel good about the installation and will recommend it to others.

I got a robocall telling me that I could get a free alarm for putting a sign on my yard. My phone is on the do-not-call list for years and they seem to ignore that. Tried to talk to them about it and they just transferred me around. I would not do business with a company that doesn't play by the rules.
Think about this before you give then your business.

Even though I'm on the Do Not Call list, this company has continued to bombard my cell phone with calls from their foreign based call center using fake telephone numbers as the caller ID. If a company employs unethical business practices to try to make the sale, then they will use other unethical practices. STAY AWAY!

THIS COMPANY IS UN-TRUSTWORTHY--HAVE HAD THEIR SERVICES FOR ABOUT 10 MONTHS, SECURITY CAMERA'S ARE NOT WORKING AND WHEN I CALL FOR SERVICE THEY SAY THEY DO NOT WARRANTY THE CAMERA'S THEY INSTALLED. I HAVE CALLED THEM 2-4 TIMES AND BEEN PUT ON HOLD FOR UP TO 45 MINUTES JUST TO BE SWITCHED TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT. TO DATE CAMERA'S DO NOT WORK, THEY WILL NOT SEND OUT A TECHNICIAN UNLESS I PAY FOR HIM AND I AM STIOLL BEING BILLED THE MONTHLY FEE'S FOR PRODUCTS THEY SELECTED AND INSTALLED AND ARE BROKEN. BASICALLY I HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING BUT THAT I AM ALSO STILL UNDER A 24 MONTH CONTRACT TO PAY THEM.
SHOP AROUND BEFORE SELECTING A COMPANY, DO NOT USE THIS ONE. I HAVE SERIOUS DOUBTS MY HOUSE IS EVEN BEING MONITORED PROPERLY. BAD - BAD - BAD EXPERIENCE

Exceptional service. Jose was very knowledgeable, hard working, dedicated, and personable.

Horrible service and products. The keyless entry door knob stopped working in less than a month. The door sensors fall off every day and one finally broke apart and no longer works. I called and complained back in the beginning of July and it's now the end of September, still no one has called to make it right.

I had problems with them showing up to install my system and was going with another company when they contacted me offering free equipment to give them another chance. I gave them that chance and have had nothing but problems every since. If the problems continue I will switch to another company and consider our contract void on the grounds that they have failed to keep the terms of the contract. I even had a friend order a system and he has had nothing but problems and swithced to ADT.

Work at UPS, security at front desk was incredibly rude and felt it was necessary to laugh in my face and make sarcastic comments. Come to find out she just wasn't doing her job right. Go figure. More training definitely needs done.

This is a fraudulent company, I've been with the same alarm company (ATP) for the past 7 years, one day the same Representative that I had for several years came to my business and told me I had to change my equipment for a better one and I accepted because i trusted him and i had been working with him for long time, but he never told me that he was changing me to another company and made me a contract with Security Alliance (Monitronics) for 5 years (which is illegal in the state of Florida), he also wrote my account information on the contract and they were discounting the money from the account without my authorization while i was paying my current alarm company by checks so yes i was paying 2 alarms at the same time for the same service, i didn't noticed it because when i saw the charged on my account i thought it was the confirmation of the check i sent, one day a rep. from ATP came to my business and they say that my contract was about to expire and they check the equipment and noticed that the equipment was for a different company (monitronics) and after some investigation they told me that the representative was not longer working with them and he was working with monitronics and stealing their customers information and making double signing contracts, my company changed the equipment and said dont worry we have a legal case against this representative and also monitronics, so i contacted Alliance security and i explained them the situation and i told them to cancel my contract because it was made base on fraud and i told them that i dont have a service with them, in that moment they were very rude and told me that they cant do anything because i have a contract with them, after a lot of phone calls and emails i called my bank and asked them to stop paying Monitronics and i told them for the last time to cancel my contract because i dont have a service with them, they keep calling me and saying that they are going to send me to collection and i told them to go ahead and do it because after that i can do something legal about this, but this is the WORST company ever they keep calling me and i told them to add me to the not to call list and they dont understand, more than 3 calls per day, don't ever go with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!

Price protection guarantee is the name for a contract that will get old people to sign up. I get a cold call from someone quoting fbi statistics/scaring for sales. So living in Florida and knowing my mom and dad get scammed by these kinda of people, I let them come out to get the contract''Price protection guarantee''. Someone needs to do something about this some people only live off there social security. Scare tactics work on my mom and this upsets me.

I was searching for many companies because of the urgent need for a home security system and it was just by using an online site guided me to this company. I had the most awesome sales representative Sam from providence who took the time to cover all the basis. Then the quick installing of their tech Gavin was like no other. They both had awesome managers who guided them with the proper way to get the desired results. I strongly recommend that you give them a try.

We had a difficult installation but both Bryan and Adam did a tremendous job. They found creative ways to tackle challenges with our older home. I had them install an 8 camera system and a very large home and I relied on their expertise for Donnelly camera placement but access to power and access to Wi-Fi signal. By the time I was done my neighbor came over and saw that I was so happy that he contacted the company and is placing an order with them as well. They work long hours and did whatever it took to get the job done not your normal every day security company and certainly NOT ADT, Alliance actually delivers on what they promise!!!
