I am extremely unhappy with the business practices of your technical support in Tucson AZ. They came into my business and home (2 different locations) insisting on changing my system from my old one to a new up to date one and switched my monitoring to Monotronics. the techs stole my old system. it is my understanding they are not to take any property from the address they are servicing. Upon entering my information into the computer system my business and home were somehow joined and now dispatch always comes to my home no matter if it is for my home or business alarm. Techs do not answer their phones ever to help resolve this. they told me my monthly fee would decrease, but in reality it increased by $8 per month. The burglar alarm goes off sporadically in my business and I can't get a tech out to fix it. I have been calling since 11/2/14 and nothing has yet to be resolved.

the only resolution I want is my service contract with Alliance ended with no penalties, and my account charges refunded. i want the original security system which was removed to be returned. Also the local police dispatch will bill me for a being dispatched to the wrong location, Alliance is responsible for that bill as well.

If this is your business practices to have independent workers that are frauds and unreliable, then you should rethink your business plan. If that is not your goal then you need to rethink the techs whom you choose to do business with in Tucson.
