If I could give negitive stars I would, HORRIABLE SERVICE, please DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM. I can't believe a company is run like this. I was left on hold for a hours, hunged up on and treated with complete disrespect. My mother told them time and time again that they did not want this security system and refused to cancel her service even though she did not sign a contract with them, they were pushy and unreasonable to work with. I NEVER HATED A COMPANY SO MUCH IN MY LIFE.
