I had problems with them showing up to install my system and was going with another company when they contacted me offering free equipment to give them another chance. I gave them that chance and have had nothing but problems every since. If the problems continue I will switch to another company and consider our contract void on the grounds that they have failed to keep the terms of the contract. I even had a friend order a system and he has had nothing but problems and swithced to ADT.
