Frankie was very polite, personable and professionally competent. He had many good recommendations to fine tune our system component choices--made previously via a cold call sales contact. He installed everything in a timely manner, while briefly explaining each step along the way. He had a couple of glitches to overcome, which he readily diagnosed. He especially kept us insulated from all of the one-time setup tasks where we didn't really have a "need to know". He walked us thru the operation of the system before leaving--with confidence that we didn't know was possible for folks of our generation---septagenerians. He made sure we could arm the system at bedtime and disarm it in the morning!!!
