During negotiations to purchase a used service loaner, the manager and sales person mentioned that body work had been recently performed due to hail damage. They did not mention the vehicle had been involved in an accident, which I only discovered after asking them to provide me with a CarFax report.
I have also had my vehicle serviced at this dealership, and the customer "service" department is terrible. I requested information numerous times on a specific repair, and told by the Service Manager that they would call me back with the information. No returned phone calls, ever. I called back, got the same story, and again no return calls. I wanted to pay them to do the work, but have decided to take my business to another dealer.
I will not return to this dealer.
