I purchase my Audi A6 from Prestige Imports in April, and am very please with this dealership. I shopped at virtually every Audi dealership in the Denver area and wasn't happy with any of them until a friend referred me to Prestige. Scott West and Rod Mcna were just great to work with, absolutely no pressure at all. They spent a lot of time with me going over all of the features and letting me try them out in the various cars on the lot, and were very patient (I made ~3-4 trips to the dealership before making my decision). I made it clear that I wanted more out of a dealership than just a place to buy my car, I viewed buying a luxury car as a long-term partnership where the dealer would ensure that everything is taken of when things go wrong. I travel a lot for work, and it's not always convenient to drop off or pick up a car. Scott and Rod introduced me to the service department, and assured me that if my car needed repairs, they would provide a loaner vehicle to me, and if I couldn't drive down (I live in Longmont), they would have someone come get it. I ended up buying a fully loaded A6 which had to be ordered from Germany, and they made that experience extremely painless as well as fun, and lucky for me the car even came in early. The car buying experience with Prestige Imports was just phenomenal, though not as nice as the car :) Scott and Rod made the experience truly enjoyable, and I have absolutely no regrets. The A6 is absolutely an Amazing car.
The post delivery experience has been great as well, much better than I expected, and Prestige Imports lived up to their word. I returned last week from a business trip and my Check Engine light came on, and the car was running very poorly. I called prestige and they said they could schedule me in on Saturday. Realizing that the airport is closer to Prestige than than it is to Longmont, I called them back and asked if I could drop the car off immediately. They said no problem at all. I arrived at Prestige and met with the service advisor, Ted Stratton. He got to me right away when I arrived, virtually no waiting even though my scheduled appointment wasn't until the next day. He was very quick and thorough, got the details of the problem and verified it with me (walked out to the car and saw the CEL was on), and said they would try and see if they could get to it that day (a day early). I also asked Ted if he could get a quote for me to repair a deep scratch on rear quarter panel.
My loaner car was available and ready within 10 minutes, and I was in and out very quickly. About 2 hours later, Ted called me back and said they were able to look at the car and determined the problem (a rodent had chewed through some wires), and that they would have it fixed before the end of the day. He called back ~ 1 hour later and said the car was ready to pick up, total repair time was only a few hours, I was very pleasantly surprised given that I did not have an appointment. Ted also had the body ship examine the scratch and had a detailed estimate ready as well, and said he would help schedule the longer repair (requiring painting) during a business trip so I could drop the car off before the trip, Prestige would drop me off at the airport, and then pick me up when I returned at the end of the week. Ted and service team there did a great job, and I could not be more pleased with my repair experience, and I really appreciate the flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. Prestige Imports has earned my trust and loyalty.
