Horrible experience purchasing my 2018 S4. Highly advise going to another dealership this place should be shutdown. Owner of Lexus and other vehicles and this is the worst "luxury dealership" I have experienced. Felt like I was buying a Kia which is a joke when you are buying a 65k car. Had purchased upgrades such as clear bra. Was told my car was ready. Showed up and they hadn't performed anything. They said they would fix, came back a week later and they installed the wrong bra. The manager then said that's what they normally install even though it isn't what I purchased. They then said it was fixed it and drove it down to me, which was actually nice, but IT STILL WASNT EVEN INSTALLED (THEY NEVER EVEN CHECKED IT). They finally got it installed how i purchased and is still not properly installed and makes my hood look like the paint is off colored. But I gave up as it was such a hassle and they made it seem like I was incoiviencing them. Really? Had to remind them about my permashield purchase otherwise wouldn't have been completed. When i got my car back the window was completely scratched and they had to fix yet anoher issue they caused. When I was finalizing my payment my deposit was supposed to be 15k. Put 5k on my card. When I went to finalize payment salesmen told me I owed 11k? Really? No one ever reach out to explain what happened to extra 1k. They didn't pay off my trade in in time and had to pay my Lexus payment even though they had bought the car and been in their pocession for over a month. They never called explaining what would happen to my payment or apologized that is was out another 500 dollars because of their incompetence. Not to mention the most important thing. . my tire had a crack in it and could have exploded 2k into having my car and they said I had to go firestone as it wasnt their problem and a firestone problem. Firestone said the tire looked like it had been worn over 15k miles and they couldn't believe my car was brand new.. buyer beware at this dealership, it could physically kill you.. Not mention no one went through the technology of my car which I had to go to another dealership for them to happily walk me through. Complained to Audi USA and told their manager to see if I could at least get some assistance as no one would call me back.. he said that because I already complained it gives him no motivation to help me.. place is a joke. I moved all my services to Audi Denver. Do not want this place laying a hand on my car. And worse, it ruined what is a truly amazing car and what should of been a great experience. Makes me wish I stayed at Kuni Lexus..
