Salesperson and manager were so busy trying to convince me how great the price drop was that they failed to mention that the car had been in a serious collision shortly before it was traded in to them. I only checked the Carfax on my phone once the negotiation was underway, and the sales guy left the desk for a few minutes. Prior to that I foolishly assumed that it would be clean. The report stated that multiple airbags were deployed and the car had to be towed with damage to the front and hood. To me that's kind of a big deal. All the wheels were covered with serious curb rash and the hood had some hail damage all over, so the manager said that the price drop was because of that. Should have just said it was because of the accident, then I might still have a shred of respect left for this place. And they should stop with the multiple "mandatory" $500 add-ons, it's just ridiculous.
