Terrible customer service. Item says ships today....

Terrible customer service. Item says ships today. It has been ten days. Still no shipping. I call customer service and it is a third party call center who can't even look up my order and give me a status. I leave my number for someone to call back and no one calls back. Where is my stuff?

Don't order from here, it will be the worst ever.
