Very good attention from the team hotel. Breakfast varied and tasty. It is located in a tranquil area next to the river, with many parks around for kids to have fun. I could be going to the city center walking, strolling.
The interior of the room is fashionable and elaborate.
Feel free to stay at the hotel. You can enjoy morning running along the river.
It is good that there is also a supermarket and bicycle rental.
In the hotel Abion the stay was not pleasant. The bedrooms were overheated, the beds worn out, the breakfast buffet was miserable, the rolls tasted like baked rolls bought. We will not stop here.
Anyone who expects something extraordinary considering the 4 stars will be disappointed.
The hotel advertises with a view of the Spree. If you are unlucky, you get a totally shabby basement hole with a spiral staircase to the ground floor - where pedestrians can look directly into the room. Every corner in the room is round and all the furniture is chipped or scratched. In the bathroom, the joints in the shower are moldy, the cistern is held together by a little silicone. The hotel should be closed and the rooms completely renovated. I've lived in better-kept youth hostels.
The staff is friendly ... but with many customers it gets into a tailspin. The staffing level seems too thin.
The breakfast and breakfast room are very good and fun. The price / performance ratio is right here.
The location - 300 m to the S-Bahn stop is a really good connection. You can reach the main station in a few minutes.

The hotel is a well-frequented business hotel in the interesting Spreebogen. In the warm season it certainly has its charms as a starting point for tours of Berlin discovery. Unfortunately our stay was not a good star.
In addition to the fact that we were given a different room than the booked one on arrival, the obvious rudeness of the receptionist annoyed us even more, and it turned out that she did not know her hotel.
After a long and frustrating discussion, she gave us the booked room on another floor. After the move it turned out that this is the same room only on a different floor. She could only be convinced of this fact through a personal inspection. The first night was not relaxing, the air conditioning made noises that made us unable to sleep.
Moving to another room the next day didn't make things any better either. In this the air conditioning didn't work at all. A hotel room without heating in November is an imposition for the guest.
In contrast, the organization, the friendliness and attention of the team in the breakfast restaurant should be emphasized. The same applies to the quality, the richness, the freshness and variety of the breakfast buffet.
To compensate us for the trouble, the parking fees for the underground car park were waived. Thank you.

There was a lot of choice at the buffet and it was delicious.
What I didn't like at all, however, was an employee who insulted me with very bad words. I was also offered a bath, which was still not available. Or that I got a very dirty room at the beginning, but it has changed and I finally got a clean room. Nevertheless, the rest of the staff were very nice and made an effort to do their job perfectly. Otherwise, the hotel can be recommended, as there is a beautiful view and there are many restaurants nearby.
We stayed in a maisonette. The beds downstairs were good but up there was only a fold out sofa which was a bit too soft for us. There were 2 bottles of water and coffee every day for free.

We were just thrilled !!! No matter if the staff, the room or the breakfast, everything deserves 5 stars. Are on the day of arrival at 10 o'clock in the hotel, no problem, immediately got our room. If you do not find anything at the breakfast buffet, you can not help it. All very accommodating and attentive. Can I recommend one hundred percent. We'll be back for sure!

Super friendly and courteous staff, great view from the gym. The sauna offers a great comfort and relaxation. Shops nearby, the Spree is super quiet and many sights are within walking distance.
Good location. However, one can see small damages in the floor or in the furniture. The room interior needs a renovation. For some reason, the body lotion in my bathroom was used by a guest that stayed in the room before. That was weird. The coffee machine in the room came with nice coffee - however there was no milk available. The hotel has a really good breakfast buffet (in times of covid guests get a small bag with breakfast items).
As always, great. Been there the second time. Short walk to the subway and right next to a large organic market. Breakfast delicious, room cozy with a beautiful view, great entrance area and very nice staff.

We booked a suite and it was a very good decision. We had a room on 2 floors: 2 single beds downstairs & a sofa bed upstairs. The sofa bed was very comfortable. We had an espresso machine in our room. Bathrooms are quite spacious, with the shower having very good water pressure. The hotel was very close to the river, and close to 2 metro stations (we used Bellevue mostly which is 1 stop from the main train station).
Right next to the hotel, there is a bio supermarket which stocks everything and does snacks and sandwiches even for breakfast, and next door, a lovely pub that serves divine food. All in all i was very satisfied :-)

We stayed at the Ameron Hotel for three days and felt very comfortable here. The service was extremely friendly and competent. A very good breakfast left nothing to be desired. The hotel is centrally located, which concerns the S-Bahn connection and still relatively quiet on Spreeufer.Wir gladly come again.

Very nice rustic spacious rooms. Breakfast room a bit too dark, and when it is full it is very noisy. Rooms are very well insulated, but a hum was true.

Nice hotel located directly on the Spree. The parking garage is an underground car park just before the hotel on the left. The hotel is modern equipped and the rooms are very tastefully decorated. Good and rich breakfast, unfortunately a bit crowded. In summary, but very nice and I like to come back.
The location was tiptop. Even the hotel except for two three-point ...
1. A double bed with two single beds were pushed together. No problem at all ONLY the two beds slipped apart !! We had to change the facility a bit so that you could cuddle for two without something diverging.
2. Wi-Fi did not work at all.
3. Breakfast service should smile more;)
Nice modern hotel and nice location right on the Spree. Good food and very nice staff. Some rooms require a longer run to reach and also have a more industrial outlook, but overall to be recommended.
