Nice hotel, great location on the Spree, cozy atmosphere.

Great buffet breakfast, staff were really nice. Close to the trains and attractions. Food fits all appetites with different restaurants and cafes around the area.

In my opinion it's a bit overpriced for what is offering. Location is great, neighborhood a bit deserted.

A luxury hotel where the staff does everything to satisfy the customer. quiet location and yet central. Sbaan and bus stop 5 minutes walk. Definitely recommended !!!!

Good hotel, good breakfast, only with the credit cards back and forth is not everyone's thing
You will be checked at the check in, if you can pay the bill. With the credit card, it's just a debit request, with other variants, the money is gone in the moment.

Good hotel located between the city center and the central station. Located on the embankment of the Spree River. The conference complex and biosupermarket are located in the same building. The hotel itself has a fitness studio, sauna and restaurant. The rooms are spacious, clean with large windows. Room equipment is standard according to the level of four stars (pleased capsule coffee maker with a set of coffee in room ). Breakfast can be described as a good European breakfast. The overall impression of the hotel remains pleasant, something special was not surprising. Prices +/- at a level with competitors.

Very nice hotel, very well located. Clean rooms. Good price-performance ratio. We took the early bird price. My husband also liked the breakfast, I don't have breakfast myself. We will definitely come back here when we go to Berlin again!

Fantastic location, beautiful room, good breakfast, there are at most a few small things like carpet in the room, outdated key system or the room that was ready to move into too late on the day of arrival that keep me from 5 stars.

Never slept so quietly in a city! Very quiet, yet in the middle of the city. For a 4-star hotel all the best.

Great view was at the top with a view of the Spree. Breakfast was also delicious.

Well-kept rooms, nice service. It has its peace and can enjoy the beautiful view of the Spree. Too bad that the bathrooms are a bit getting old, otherwise I would have awarded 5 stars. Nevertheless, everything is always very clean and the breakfast was great.

Small, dark single room without minibar. No real wardrobe, just an open frame. Desk cannot be used as it has no lamp and light. Bed good. Reception staff very friendly. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is very courteous there too. In the room across from No. 131 noise every day until late at night or in the morning. I had room number 130. Small, very dark, sparse.
The hotel has a factory character. This room is not recommended due to the lack of light.

Very nice, located on Spreebogen hotel. Very well equipped rooms, very friendly staff. Good base for touring Berlin nearby to Bellevue Castle, Great Star etc.

Very good location, but the breakfast was defenitiv not 4 star quality. The bathroom in our room was also quite small and the bed very soft.

Almost perfect hotel on the Spree and in good weather you can even have breakfast or dinner outside In the rooms of the lower floors no Spreeblick and the rooms a bit small with little investment areas From the gym on the 9th Floor dream view of the Spree

A really great hotel. The location is unique. You should book a room with a view of the Spree if possible. The rooms are not particularly large but are modern and tastefully decorated. Very nice service. What more do you want?

Good, but it could be done better! We were here 6 days. Conveniently located in a quiet location on the Spreebogen. Partly beautiful view. We had a bit of bad luck and looked at a sloping, poorly green roof with a fan. The room was okay, handicapped accessible, although none of us were handicapped? A small fridge or minibar would be nice. Little light at the desk. Our floor lamp flickered constantly after a short time, could not be used and, despite a lack of information, unfortunately not removed during our stay. That is not acceptable! I missed a cosmetic mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom is definitely great for wheelchair users, but the deeply placed soap dispensers are a bit unusual for us. Again, no wheelchair user would be able to reach the cosmetic tissue box or the toothbrush glasses at the top behind the toilet. And how does a wheelchair user open the window to air it? We quickly got used to the rattling of the ventilation and air conditioning.
The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room is extremely friendly. A big praise.
At breakfast there is almost nothing to complain about: the sponge cake could taste a little less artificial and the natural yoghurt was almost all or all of the every day and was also not refilled.
The soft drink with lemon and orange slices and fresh mint leaves in the foyer was very positive, delicious, and the small coffee pod machine for coffee connoisseurs in the morning, very attentive.

Very nice, clean hotel with great breakfast and great location. However, the wireless reception should be improved. In times of tablet and smartphone, a hotel should offer more. In addition, the shower temperature was at times a rollercoaster ride.

Good location - parking garage directly under the hotel, very nice front desk - quiet location, we could sleep with the windows open ++, very clean and well-kept hotel, breakfast very good - great atmosphere in the old dairy, good starting point for a short weekend in Berlin - 3 boat docks in the immediate vicinity - government district is also within walking distance.

The hotel is located directly on the Spree, in 20 minutes you are at the Bellevue Palace, and not far from the Victory Column, etc. The only downer, in the bar you get at three quarters 11 in the evening no more coffee (machine is in the cleaning program) which I personally very too bad.

Very nice hotel, right on the Spree. Despite Corona hardly any impairment, breakfast good and plentiful. Great service, fitness room sufficient, parking spaces available.

We loved this hotel. Location, service and facilities really good. A little annoying would be the delivery traffic in the early morning, but with earplugs you can still sleep a little further. Can the hotel only recommend and come again at the next visit to Berlin.

Nice clean hotel. Nice personel. Outstanding breakfast. Underground parking is unfortunately only up to 1.95 m, but for checking in and out you may exceptionally park in front of the hotel if your own car is higher.
Beds and above all Pillows comfortable (with one caveat, see below).
The hotel is really good; A nice playground is nearby, and many sights and the nearest underground station can be easily reached on foot.

The following suggestions for improvement:
* Have cots and diaper pails ready for bookings by families with small children. We helped ourselves with garbage bags and a travel cot, but that's not optimal. (We didn't specifically ask for a nappy pail; the booking indicated that we would check in with an infant. Baby cots are definitely not available.)
Note for interested families: high chairs are available for breakfast.
* Toppers would cover the crack in the queen bed well; I don't think anyone who books a double room (or in our case a maisonette) really wants to feel this clear separation between the mattresses - and for families with small children who might climb into bed at night, the crack is a nuisance.

For the money we paid, there was not even a kettle in the room. When we asked at the reception about it, the guy was so rude and condescending it was unbelievable. Disgusting.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Not crazy and very professional. The rooms very quiet and very clean and top quality. Highly Recommended. The location between the Brandenburg Gate and Turmstrasse is totally multifaceted. In summer a dream with its own beer garden.

For this room unfortunately too old rooms. That does not even compensate the good breakfast.

Abion villa is a nice place to stay fez days. The living room warmly welcomes you the evening. Near the river for nice walks after a long day. Just a bit far from center...

The location on the Spree is great and with luck you get a room with spree view. The S-Bahn is a few minutes away and after a station you are already at the main station. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very varied and good.
