Customer service is excellent always there to help you. Thank you today to Chelsea for the tax department and to Naomi in customer care for your quick response.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company. Ryan Doolan was my agent and he was wonderful! He was extremely nice to me and was patient with my questions. I truly couldn't have asked for a better agent to lead me through this process. As I was looking through all of the "bad" reviews I noticed one common factor: none of these people paid their mortgage payment on time. Of course you are going to get phone calls if you don't pay. What do you expect? If you are responsible and pay on time, you will love this corporation.

I am also in the finance business so I took it upon myself to take care of my own financing when I found a great deal on a double wide that was
for sell by owner. I contacted 21st Mortg & was approved upon pending
paperwork within 2 hrs of submitting my application. Sterling Mills was the agent that I worked with at 21st Mortg. and he was very helpful, & communicated well with me during the loan process. I too understand people go through hard times but customers have to understand that "most" of their loans are interest bearing loans & If your payments aren't made on time it will cost the consumer a lot of money in the long run. 21st Mortg didn't give me a hassle when they cut that big check to the sellers to purchase my home so I will do as the contract stated & make my monthly pmt on or before the due date to save them the
trouble of a phone call ,keep my credit in good standing & keep my account from drawing even more interest by being late. Over all good experience but people if you aren't in this business & have questions PLEASE ASK UNTIL YOU GET THE ANSWER YOU NEED!

Very friendly, fast, gave me the best news I've had in months & then laughed with me when I made a complete fool of myself doing the dance of joy!! She helped me enjoy the good news with her laughter & assurances. Her name was is Racheal Tinsley. I will be recommending 21st Mtg to any who need mobile home borrowing & if I ever need to borrow again. Thank you for all your company has done for us over the years!!!!

Rae Reardon in the insurance department is doing an excellent job! Her response time is really fast and she is so very courteous and friendly!

Terrible, terrible company, they are handling the lending for the person buying our house. Numerous times they completed wrong paperwork, asking for documents that are none of their business or entitlement at the very end of escrow. AND, this process has now exceeded a 45 day escrow, which is to our hardship. They ordered an appraisal that devalued our property by 38,000.00. Wouldn't ever recommend OR do business with these people again if we could choose.

We have been with 21st Mortgage for 12 years and they are always reasonable and understand that people do go through hard times and may need a little extra time or help with making payments. Jenna Milinsky is our account is our account representative and she has been so patient and kind and so is her supervisor, Taylor Howell. We really appreciate how well they work with us when needed, as long as you keep in contact with your account representative they will be more than willing to help. 5 stars!!

They put a lock on account so that a payment cannot be made on account unless it gets called in. They say it will be unlocked after 2 payments are made by call in but then it doesn't get unlocked. They also have high interest rates but not many places finance a doublewide in a park so have to deal with it.

We purchased a new home at the beginning of the year and 21st Mortgage has been very supportive from the very beginning; Starting with the approval process and any question or concerns we have now. We are able to speak to a very kind, knowlegeable and pleasant customer care representative named Sydney, or someone from her team, assigned to us--not a different person each time. It's is a big relief to us, because in this day and age of technology, you find yourself speaking to automated systems and/or customer service representatives contracted from other countries. So it's a nice personal touch to have someone who is familiar with your account matters.

Lisa at 21 Mortgage has been great! She has assisted me through the most fearful and unknown times of the American Shutdown pandemic. Offering solutions to all my concerns. I must say 21st Mortgage really cares about it's customers. I'm so grateful for the one on one customer service they provide.

Naomi responded quickly to my request for interest paid for 2019.

I just represented a Seller who sold property to a buyer who used your company. We were under contract a couple of months. It took forever to close as well. April Childers, the buyers agent stayed in constant contact with your company. It seemed like every time she tried to call, or email, she got an answer that you wanted her to hear, or the run around. Needless to say, this is the WORST mortgage company that I've ever been privy to in my nineteen years of Real Estate. My Seller,who is elderly, had to constantly worry about this closing changing numerous times for various reasons still unknown to us. If it had not been for the awesome buyers agent,we would of taken our chances on backing out. The day of closing also started at noon, and finally funded 5 hours later. Not sure how your company stays in business with experiences like ours.

I needed information regarding my account with 21stMortgage , l spoke with Ben ,Customer Service Representative . Ben helped me out in a timely manner. He was very polite, Professional & very friendly.

Rae was very helpful when we needed some documents sent to us asap. She whisked the papers we needed through the email within an hour of the request.

Don't even think about making a late payment unless you enjoy verbal abuse and threats of getting your home taken away. One month behind and threats of foreclosure.. Great way to keep business. I will never use them for mortgages in the future I assure you.

This is absolutely the worst mortgage company I have ever worked with!! The staff (John) is very rude and unhelpful. They interrupt when you seek information on your account and not to mention provide inaccurate information. I was warned when purchasing my home about 21st mortgage company and regret going against the salesman s advice.

If I could leave a 0 star believe me I would! Before going with this company to finance my home I did hear quite a few negative things about them, however, I decided to give them a try for myself. Horrible horrible idea! They have the WORST customer service! They have zero empathy for customers going through hard times. Kate Samoya (a surpervisor) even informed me that there jobs were not to help customers after I asked her to go over options with me and she refused telling me she wasn t going to go over options. I asked her Isnt that your job? To go over things and help your customers understand. I will continue to tell people to not use this company and I am regretting my decision to use them myself.

I worked with Drew Baker (Loan Officer) to get a loan for my now-owned home and he was very helpful and easy to work with. As a first time buyer, it was a little tough to understand the process, I had a lot of questions and with no doubt he would always have an answer for me. He helped me stay on track and made the process much easier. Also, Naomi in Customer Care is super easy to work with, she responds quickly and gets all the information you need. Recommend 21st Mortgage for your financial needs! These people really take care of you!

Have had them for the past year and have no issues this far, pay on time. A couple of times they've called where they hadnt recieved a payment yet, it would be in tje mail on its way or wasnt showing posted online yet, and havent had a rude person yet. When we bought our home we were in a time crunch and they were super fast, and explained everything throughly. We literally bought our home in less than a months time. Would use and reccomend them to anyone.

Taylor Plemons is our loan advisor and he s great! Any time my husband emails him with questions he gets back to us right away. He has been extremely helpful in assisting us in getting our payments set up. Great service!

They are a great company for dealing with single wide trailers. I recommend them to anyone buying or selling a trailer, especially f it has been moved from a previous location. They helped me when no one else would. Loving my new home in the woods.

If you get behind be prepared to be harrassed. Behind 20 days due to our AC going out and 4,000 later couldnt make our payment on time. 5 years never ever missed a payment and asked for a deferment and thats NOT an option. We told them we will make a payment and they asked where we were getting our money from? None of their damn business. Finance some where else if possible!

21st mortgage is an awful company to deal with. First of all, they call themselves a mortgage company; they are not. They are a loan company for buying trailers. Calling them manufactured homes is a scam. Resale value is non existent and interest rates are high. This company prays on people. The sad truth, is that this company actually legally prays on people especially people that don't have great credit. Thankfully, myself and my husband both have great credit and we're able to get out from under this awful waist of money.

Will never buy another 21 st mortgage repo foreclosure double wide home for sale ever again in future .... Hey buyers , Not recommended to buy it .

No one will answer your calls. It s like they don t even want my money. I have an amazing credit score, a low debt to income ratio, and make great money in a healthcare field. 21st doesn t care if I use them as a lender.

21st Mortgage company has been very good to me since my mothers passing in 2012 Luz Cedeno. Past away all of sudden without leaving a will or testament. It was one of the hardest thing we have been thru.
But recently I have been having trouble with me trying to get the home transferred into my name legally. I have been trying very hard and I been coming into block walls and it seemed liked nobody can help me till Lindsay came along. I am so grateful for her it seems that I was at my end of the rope and she has been there to give me hope and has a heart and understands. I have nothing but respect for this mortgage company they have been the best and I can't say not one thing but thank you very much for your help and I am going to be so grateful to you all no matter what the outcome is. Lindsay your awesome along with all that have worked with you thank you all so much.

I read some of these reviews. What a joke. These people are heartless and really don't give a damn about there customers. I had wind damage to my roof and siding. The inspector came out in There week in September. They did there job but 21st mortgage told them to send them the check Here it is January 14 2016 still haven got all the check to pay the contractor. Which he finish the job last week. It only took 4 month to get half the check. Now the contractor want his full payment and 21st won't release the rest of the money. Told me to pay out of pocket. I really carry four thousand dollars in my pocket. To all that thinking about going through 21st mortgage dont. The first time you have problems they treat ypu like crap. Go through your bank and buy or build your home. You been warn. Like i said I read these reviews and I needed a good laugh.

1st former employees shouldn't be giving reviews about their WORK experience's! I gave two stars only because it was easy to purchase my Modular home & property you through them, compared to other companies I've dealt with. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting. All of these other rave 5 star reviews are interesting! I've never dealt with the employee's they've all stated so, maybe that's why it has always been a nightmare for me? Anyways, If you can pay on the 1st every time you'll have no problems. But if you dare to pay anytime in between the grace period (my contract is 1st-15th after 15th $20 late fee) you will be harassed & or disrespected. Starting on the 2nd and everyday until payment is made I get phone calls, texts & emails non-stop. Some of the things I've been asked "When do you file your income taxes? How much money do you get back every year?" (Im sorry that isn't anyone's business but mine & the IRS) When I don't pay on the 1st. Even more odd I was told "If you can't pay on the 1st why don't you sell or pawn your stuff?" Very professional! Those are just two example's, I could go on... These employees act as if they themselves let you borrow their own money. They harass & talk down to you like they're a bunch of uneducated thugs. I could see them doing these things if say you're late (even though it's still wrong) but not before you're even late on payment. Hopefully one day the handful of bad apple's they have working there will be put in check by the higher ups. I've only dealt with them for a few years and I'm already over it. As much as I love my home I'm in the process of selling.

Worse customer service team and company I ve ever worked with.
These people do not care, they are non-responsive, don t return calls or respond to emails.
I attempted to partner with them after the passing of a relative to only be treated like a criminal doing something wrong when I attempted to keep the mortgage payments current during the property probate process. I requested they work with the attorney if they would not me, another downfall from them.
Anyone considering this company for financing should reconsider, quality of support will be less than poor to say the least.
I give them a negative rating, don t feel they deserve the one star.

I want to say that Sean the manager and Caleb Stoffle, Financial Counselor have been excellent in handling my account during difficult times. They are very caring and understanding of my issues and came up with solutions that made things easier for me. I appreciate that!
