1st former employees shouldn't be giving reviews about their WORK experience's! I gave two stars only because it was easy to purchase my Modular home & property you through them, compared to other companies I've dealt with. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting. All of these other rave 5 star reviews are interesting! I've never dealt with the employee's they've all stated so, maybe that's why it has always been a nightmare for me? Anyways, If you can pay on the 1st every time you'll have no problems. But if you dare to pay anytime in between the grace period (my contract is 1st-15th after 15th $20 late fee) you will be harassed & or disrespected. Starting on the 2nd and everyday until payment is made I get phone calls, texts & emails non-stop. Some of the things I've been asked "When do you file your income taxes? How much money do you get back every year?" (Im sorry that isn't anyone's business but mine & the IRS) When I don't pay on the 1st. Even more odd I was told "If you can't pay on the 1st why don't you sell or pawn your stuff?" Very professional! Those are just two example's, I could go on... These employees act as if they themselves let you borrow their own money. They harass & talk down to you like they're a bunch of uneducated thugs. I could see them doing these things if say you're late (even though it's still wrong) but not before you're even late on payment. Hopefully one day the handful of bad apple's they have working there will be put in check by the higher ups. I've only dealt with them for a few years and I'm already over it. As much as I love my home I'm in the process of selling.
