I am also in the finance business so I took it upon myself to take care of my own financing when I found a great deal on a double wide that was
for sell by owner. I contacted 21st Mortg & was approved upon pending
paperwork within 2 hrs of submitting my application. Sterling Mills was the agent that I worked with at 21st Mortg. and he was very helpful, & communicated well with me during the loan process. I too understand people go through hard times but customers have to understand that "most" of their loans are interest bearing loans & If your payments aren't made on time it will cost the consumer a lot of money in the long run. 21st Mortg didn't give me a hassle when they cut that big check to the sellers to purchase my home so I will do as the contract stated & make my monthly pmt on or before the due date to save them the
trouble of a phone call ,keep my credit in good standing & keep my account from drawing even more interest by being late. Over all good experience but people if you aren't in this business & have questions PLEASE ASK UNTIL YOU GET THE ANSWER YOU NEED!
