I read some of these reviews. What a joke. These people are heartless and really don't give a damn about there customers. I had wind damage to my roof and siding. The inspector came out in There week in September. They did there job but 21st mortgage told them to send them the check Here it is January 14 2016 still haven got all the check to pay the contractor. Which he finish the job last week. It only took 4 month to get half the check. Now the contractor want his full payment and 21st won't release the rest of the money. Told me to pay out of pocket. I really carry four thousand dollars in my pocket. To all that thinking about going through 21st mortgage dont. The first time you have problems they treat ypu like crap. Go through your bank and buy or build your home. You been warn. Like i said I read these reviews and I needed a good laugh.
