Having a roof repair was the EASIEST Home Improvement project because of a No-hassle policy w/ Assurant & 21st Mortgage! The individual I spoke w/ @ 21st Mortgage expedited the process quickly & gave all info needed for contractor.
I am always pleased w/ my outcome after talking w/ them. THX for top-notch customer service (& a live voice!).

I call 21st mortgage this afternoon to find out my loan balance. Andy was most helpful in explaining to me my pay off quote, even going so far, as to explain how much of the pay off quote went towards the principle and escrow. 21st mortgage representatives are always very helpful and patient, which is, unfortunately, an oddity now adays.

Would highly recommend working with 21st mortgage especially brianna marsh. She has always worked with me and kept me up to date. Along with answering all my silly questions of a first time home buyer.

They are the worse company to speak to on the phone. When you ask to speak to a supervisor they say you can t bc she does not have a phone in her phone. Really? How does she take calls or make calls.

Customer service is fine, here s what I don t get, you pay for the dam insurance every month and you can t even use it to get your home fixed. The damages done are not covered. So apparently the roof isn t apart of the house......Looking for a new insurance company

I had a mortgage with 21st for about 8 years. They were always great to work with. Recently, I had to work with Kara Loveday on payoff info and processes for the sale of that home. She was great and made me feel at ease with the process. It is nice dealing with a company that is small and doesn't have tons of red tape you have to go through to get things done like some big banks and mortgage companies.

Twice in eight years I had to make insurance claims. I never had a problem with 21st quickly endorsing the insurance check so that the contractor could be paid.

When I call for information, everyone is always courteous and efficient. Today Alissa Brooks was expedient and polite in taking care of requests.

21st has been fantastic! When covid hit, our lives and finances changed dramatically and they have been amazingly helpful. They have been working with us when it comes to finding a job and if that job didn't work out. We have had to move our payment dates around and everything and they have been nothing but honest about what's going on. I work with Jamal, and he is super sweet and straight forward and really does try to think of everything he can to help. The entire team is great and always so friendly!

I would not recommend this mortgage company to anybody. Since the Covid pandemic started my wife and i both lost our jobs got new jobs making a 1/2 of what we were bringing home and everytime we talk with someone we get told different things. We made payment arrangements to pay a 1/3 of what we owed for the month of June and July and recieved a letter in the mail demanding remaining balance paid by July 17th or they were taking possession of our home. Several times since the pandemic started they have threatend with taking possession and saying we shouldnt be behind on our mortgage because we are bringing home $1600 a month. They think they are the only bill your supposed to have.

Horrible customer service they dont care about the customers. Pulled payments out before time. Very rude and basically told me that they could care less about what was going. Dont trust them

We just bought a house and financed via 21st... then the rona hit, and we became unemployed. It was scary and stressful to have no funds to pay our very first house payment but Jen (our loan officer) was so sweet and understanding, not to mention supportive! She got us on a plan that relieves all the stress we were suddenly under! She talked me through our budget and everything! I 100% will refer this mortgage company to all my friends and family!

I would like you to know that BEN in the Finance Dept (he calls when I am late on my payment) is one of the nicest employees that you have.
When he calls about my payment being late he never gets rude or hateful like most people who are trying to collect on a late payment.

How is a company going to allow their employees to disrespect a client when they are financially in a bind. What kind of person is so heartless to tell them to "just move out of the house"? or to give them "all their money and to tell them that it's not their problem they don't have enough money to pay the rest of their bills" Really???
Your employees/Managers have no compassion for someone who is having a hard time.

All these "Good" reviews are a joke.

Instead of belittling a customer why not have some empathy? You may have had a bad day or someone pissed you off because you had to call to collect money, that doesn't mean you go off on the next customer it's bad enough they are already embarrassed having to explain their situation.
I'm sure you've heard it a 1000 x's or more, but come on you don't have to speak to a customer in a degradable way.

I've never met a more supportive group of people. Paige Gilland is our financial consultant and who has worked tirelessly getting us through our rough patch. She is compassionate and is genuinely there for us when we need her. I would recommend 21st Mortgage Corporation to anyone.

I would like to that Samuel West for going above and beyond in my situation and talking to me in the professional manner that he had! The reason I gave 2 instead of 5 stars, however, is because the banks floor planning fees are ridiculously high.

Also - they are the only bank I work with that doesn t show up to their own closings. Nor do they even mail the documents. They send them via email, tell you to print, find a notary, and mail them back.

21st is absolutely the best in customer service. I have had a few issues with the rona foing around and they have always worked with me and for that I am grateful. Every one I have talked to have always been pleasant.

Branda helped load a principle balance increase which the system inadvertently processed as a balance due, when we were only trying to put a little more on our loan to pay it off early. She quickly helped us post the increase to even out the systems mistaken over sight. We pray it will all be even in a day or two. She was curious, cheerful, and patient. Thank-you so very kindly for your attentiveness and professional assistance.

This is worse company. I was late 2 weeks because I had to help my mom pay doctor bills for her cancer. They said the house payment was more important then my moms life. I wouldn t go threw them.

Very sour overall experience. Margaret has a very nasty attitude especially if you ask her to explain things. Paperwork is misleading and little to no help understanding. I see all of these reviews about going above and beyond and my experience was the complete opposite. Almost like they did everything to not get my business.
