I just represented a Seller who sold property to a buyer who used your company. We were under contract a couple of months. It took forever to close as well. April Childers, the buyers agent stayed in constant contact with your company. It seemed like every time she tried to call, or email, she got an answer that you wanted her to hear, or the run around. Needless to say, this is the WORST mortgage company that I've ever been privy to in my nineteen years of Real Estate. My Seller,who is elderly, had to constantly worry about this closing changing numerous times for various reasons still unknown to us. If it had not been for the awesome buyers agent,we would of taken our chances on backing out. The day of closing also started at noon, and finally funded 5 hours later. Not sure how your company stays in business with experiences like ours.
