Don't want to pay on a cancer policy that my wife been paying on for 14 years, been in claims for 3 months, wanted itimized bill from doctors and hospital, then said that they couldn't process the claim unless it was on a UB40 form with the codes, then they said they coundn't procees the claim unless the bill had the medical ID number. All three of the bills we sent them have the same code number on them. There 8-10 day pay out is bull and they have passed the North carolina 30 day limit also and when we called yesterday on 11-14-2012 they said it was in claims and to give it about 14 days to process. All I can say is stay away from Humana, they will rip you off!
