The crooks @ GlobalTranz ripped me off, too. Our agreed rate was $4300 yet the check GlobalTranz sent was for only $4044 - $256 short. The lumper fee was $256 paid by Global Tranz @ time of delivery via EFS. I'm not sure why GlobalTranz accounting charged me for the lumper. This is definitely the last time I do business with the crooks @ GlobalTranz.

GT initiated first contact with my company today. Based on the lack of personal touch and the heavy demand of my information before ever offering ANY about GT, I'd never do business with this company ... Ever. Thought that wasn't quite fair. Called back- nope same rude, nasty, impersonal behavior. Websites are more human than whomever is manning their sales calls and phone lines. After looking at the reviews here, I am beginning to wonder if all the five-star reviews are from employees.

Richard Ventura promised me detention , I had to drive all night 560 miles to deliver on time to make good of his name . After load was delivered he stopped responding and after 2 weeks of emails he said there will be no detention. Will never haul for them again becauae of teir work ethics.

I received a quote for a specific sized trailer 26' - 28' on a Friday from Globaltranz, on Monday the person I was in contact with called in sick, the team they have there does not communicate what I asked for and sends in a 53' trailer after I called Monday to get the truck in to our facility. When the 53' arrives, I reject it of course. They are trying to charge me $150 for a truck not used now and will not take responsibility. Any company that is willing to screw over their customer like this I cannot recommend. I will never pay this or use them again.

Horrible company - booked a load with them and they required macropoint tracking. I told the broker the driver is currently driving and will stop shortly to download the app. Was told we had 30 mins to get it done or they would repost the load. After we downloaded the app we called to verify and were told that the "driver is lying to you". I asked to have the link sent again and was told we've had enough calls on this already - and we can only send the link once. Would highly advise to stay away from them - the reviews on here speak for themselves ...

Global Tranz has a terrible onboarding process. They do not utilize technology in the form that Uber Freight, Convoy, or even that of CH Robinson and TQL. I still haven't got setup with them and they lose out by not having my MC run their freight.
They have a very bad reputation from all the major Facebook trucking groups.
Can't recommend this brokerage for any carriers. Hopefully in the future they improve their onboarding process.

Made a load in time no problem on confirmation no request of permit copy but after delivery they change mind instead 3000$ they want to pay 2000$ .not advising use them .Trash. now already sent a permits that wasn't in our agreement ,they said ok we will pay you ,next morning again game they not believed what date permit was purchased but date on permit. GUYS DO NOT TAKE A LOAD FROM THEM THEY ARE NOT HONNORE.next story I am put claim against them on the bond and people told me some existing already.keep in your mind they have other company under that name checked who is responsible party for payments.

all Customers ,stay away from this people!!!. i hope Circle 8 and Apex won't get to the same kind of business . i booked the load , team load from IL to TX, 1600 miles , PU was at 8 pm on Wednesday and delivery Friday 8 am. The shipper overloaded us on front axle and we came back on the next day morning. So, the truck got reworked on Thursday noon . Even with 3 tires blowed up on the way my team got to the receiver at 9 pm next day. I had all the receipts and prove on elog that the truck didn't stop. My dispatcher was communicating with "manager" Thomas Larsen, who is not unswerving his phone anymore and called a dispatcher "trash" , "idiot" etc . Guess what/ they cut $750 from my rate foe the late delivery. I will go and claim there bond anyway , but want to let you know who you are dealing with

We use Andrew Freeze as our agent and couldn't be happier. After using several of the competitors who really couldn't care whether you exist or not, Andrew was recommended to us. The customer service is fantastic, never a problem getting an immediate answer and the rates are great. Highly recommend!

Used this company for a few months. Worst experience of my life.
1. Freight quotes rarely ever matched the final Billing.
2. Every time we called for assistance with Tracking, Freight damage, Billing questions no one answered the phone and some times up to a week for them to call or email back.
3. In our short time we got cycled through 3 different reps. We were told they do that sometimes. Later found out two of our reps. had quit the Company.
4. We asked for our Bill to come weekly all on one statement. They said they would comply but never did. With our 25 + shipments a week we got one email for each shipment...billing and financial work nightmare here. Terrible...
5. Freight claim was filled out, received and accepted, confirmed. We never received the credit for it.

Do your Homework, this Company does not have a good record.

Also do your Company a Favor and Use Unishippers folks. I'll never use another Broker again. Their Customer Service, Billing and Freight Team are Top notch.

The service was sub-par. We have been trying to resolve an issue with the billing department since 2012. Many attempts to contact and resolve has ended up back at point A, just trying to get a hold of them. Calling the customer service extension will get you an endlessly ringing phone with no hope of hearing a voice, then IF someone answers (on rare occasion), they tell you what you want to hear and then never follow through, putting you again back at point A, just trying to get a hold of someone who will take care of business.

Good luck getting paid from these people. They've acquired a handful of different companies and no one seems to know what's going on. I've called multiple times and I keep getting transferred to different offices who are all telling me that they are not responsible for our payment and to go call another office. I've spoke to 4 offices in the past hour and no one can seem to find out who is responsible for paying us our $4600 invoice.

Then we get a call back that they got a cheaper price from another carrier. They then had us bidding against each other, until we told them to F off. Can't wait until freight gets busy and L.A. and we can urn the tables on them.

I did a load 09/22/15 for agent Bryan Nowell out of Texas. He needed the load picked up at 5:30 A.M so he would send me packet to fill out afterwards. I asked for a release # but he gave me a contact name at loading company. Bryan sent me confirmation rate sheet by text message. After talking to factoring company, they told me Global Tranz should have sent a formal rate sheet and I can't factor load with a text message. After calling, texting, emailing Bryan asking him for rate sheet, he tells me he's gonna ask corporate and he'll resend email but I've yet to receive it.

Horrible management, HR, lack of communication skills, and understanding of employees and conditions. Managers always have to have the last word, whilst knowing nothing at all, HR is very rude especially Marissa along with a few others (too many to name).

Pros; decent enough pay for the job, anyone with a little sense of competence can perform the job. Although it's boring, it's the ideal job for someone new in the work field and who wants a start.

Hard to get paid and no one answers the phone or emails, I'm done with them after one load, wasn't a good experience. I requested quick pay and it took a month to get my money but they still kept the fee, these brokers are all dishonest, this company is no different!

My delivery arrived and they received payment. 30 days later they took an additional $308, I did not receive a phone call or an email explaining the charges so I called them immediately and spoke to the sales rep Heather Rhine she says I would receive a full refund but they will need to dispute the charges with FedEx I told her I did not contract with FedEx and that
