The shop is not very big but there are few people and you can shop slowly

I found some great Tshirts here. The quality is great, soft, and durable. I remember roots being on the cheaper side, and now it's pretty pricey for lounging gear. However that being said the quality that they have makes it worth the price. Wish they had less graphic shirts, but I found some cool stripes instead.

Great local chain, friendly and helpful staff, I will wear my new Roots with pride!

If you are a visitor to our lovely city of Toronto, and need a good quality gift, this is the place to shop! Founded in 1973, Roots Canada is a classic Canadian Brand. It sells women's, men's, children's, and baby's apparel; leather bags; active athletic wear; small leather goods.

Didn't buy anything but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The size is a bit small, but small items such as men's ladies and other bags are also available. Store near Union Station

While not technically a home owned store and brand any longer, I still like to pop into this location and grab the occasional shirt or item from the clearance section middle back wall.

Probably the best customer service I've experienced in years. This wasn't a one-off either, as I had gone to the store on three different occasions, and dealt with different people each time. Meant to write this sooner. They're great.

Nicely located in Brookfield Place near the Marche. Shop has nice setup, and staff are very energetic and friendly. It's a hidden gem Roots store that not enough people go to.

My wife went to the store today August 11 2019 morning. She went there to buy gifts for someone we are visiting today. There were couple of sales associates following her every moves and made her feel uncomfortable. There were other customers aswell in the store but only my wife was targeted. This should not have happened.

I love the clothes of Roots. Follow the times. There are new styles in every season. You can't go too far and there is no feeling of backwardness.

Super friendly here! All the staff were energetic and seemed like they legitimatly enjoyed working at Roots. Whilst I waited upon my female companion to arrive at the store, one of the managers invited me to sit down on one of the couches located throught the store. The hospitality rewlly made me feel at home. The selection here was great as well, and the sale items were a great deal. I look forward to returning to such a lovely store.

Small but mighty! Surprisingly, better selection than Eaton Centre. Less busy, so much more attention! Highly recommend.
