Busy store, but good collection. Store pick up was easy and quick.
Everything you'd expect of any A&F store - friendly staff, items orderly sorted, great decor. Glad that they've also toned down on the overwhelming fragrance of their cologne that used to permeate the store, as well as the loud music that used to drown out whatever conversation u might have.They might need to re-look at some of their designs though...
Made my visit whilst in NY. Very polite gentleman was at the first counter on entry, and was delightful. New the fragrances inside out, and although a little expensive I purchased because of his politeness. Went on to purchase t-shirt also.
Very nice store with latest & expansive stuff. One must visit during festival and sale to get discounts. I can't afford to buy at regular price.

Stylish but dark and mind-blowing. Sofas scattered on every floor, feeling of being in a maze. The product is of quality.

It s nice but I like the way the store was run when it 1st opened. Now it just seems ordinary and their music selection sucks. Current staff no longer look like models but still yet they are much worse at customer service because some don t even know how to provide customers quality service. The majority of the employees spend their free time on their phones in front of customers. I saw the manager approach 1 if the many employees doing it but it was just a joke to them and continued using their phones anyway. Had to give them 1 star after seeing that because this shouldn t be happening in a fifth ave store.
Great styles and quality! They also had a sale on their denim when I was shopping, so I got a deal! Woot!

Temple of the Hispanic pijerio in the fifth avenue. A great establishment very well decorated. Prices not excessively high. Very limited sizes, especially large ones.
Very friendly staff who helped my family and me with selecting a gift. They even helped us find a misplaced purse! Great experience.

Few interesting things, it didn't hit me. very normal size.
They had me at the entrance for 30 minutes to register on their client list so that the perfume I was buying would cost me 10 dollars less. I went to the box and they tell me that the discount is for everything except perfumes
No need for Pub for this store. It's good in when out it's 36 degrees, it smells good and it's pretty. If you have money you will come out at the forefront of casual fashion
Love to shop here , but we (my husband, daughter and me ) had a bad experience the other day. We just went to browse and I guess staff confused us with shoplifters. It was uncomfortable being obviously followed around the store.This won t stop us from shopping there We just recommend a better technique to watch people in which real customers don t feel uncomfortable. Other than that We like this store it s big and always nicely stocked.
Its a good place to shop from. The interior is good. The shop has 4 floors. They have a variety of options to choose from. One can find the latest of trends at this showroom. The staff here is friendly as well. The products are adequately sorted. I'll highly recommend this place.
This is the most amazing Abercrombie store that I've ever been to. Everything is organized, people are friendly and the place looks amazing!

Almost no discount in the A&F store, because it is in Manhattan. Some of the merchandise differ with other A&F stores.

The one and only A & F flagship store on Fifth avenue. Wide choice for adults and kids. The other Manhattan store downtown has no kids section.

2 floors, there is a selection of products for fans of the brand. IMHO, expensive for such ordinary things ala rustic style; True, on 5th Avenue, opposite the Trump Tower, it can t be cheap. These things were bought at 25-50% cheaper in other states, but the range was less.
Fancy clothing for those of you like to wear A&F brand. Fully stocked for ladies man and kids.
