Over-priced boilers living on the brand name. Full of plastic parts(mine leaked 3 times)in 2 years due to plastic splitting inside. Common faults on all worcester boilers so im told by many gas engineers. Dont trust the reviews online THEY REMOVE ANY BAD ONES. CENSORSHIP.

Call centres are really difficult to get through to. You can wait 25+ minutes before you get to speak to someone. When I was missing a receipt I first contacted them with an email but never had a reply. Then its taken two further calls and I promised the receipt (it has yet to arrive).
