Had a minor issue two years after installation and they sent someone to resolve for free as part of the warranty. In a general sense, the quality of their products and aftercare is top notch. I would be happy to recommend.

Extremely poor boilers. They are full of plastic, their heat exchangers leak and break alot. Worcester sell well as they advertise alot and they remove bad feedback from websites. They dont have the power to remove from Google which is why i write this.
Overpriced and a poor boiler that is very difficult to service properly so engineers dont bother, creating more issues. Parts are very expensive and cost alot in labour as they are difficult to access in the boiler.
Worcester installers get incentives to fit their boilers as no engineer will fit them otherwise.
Stay clear.

Great boilers shame about the service. Our boiler went down last winter and after multiple attempts to contact them I reached out to the company managing their contracts to be told that Worcester had turned their phones off as they were so busy. I then email Worcester and was directed to their web page related to an entirely different issue. After 3 days waiting for someone to contact me I emailed our local boiler service company (Heelas) at 8pm, who originally installed the boiler, and was called with a solution by the owner an hour later. That is customer service. In fairness to Worcester when I wrote a complaint they did refund some of the service contract but I shall be staying local going forward.

I had a new Bosch greenstar 15ri installed in May 2013. Unfortunately this year in its 7th year water was pouring out of it due to a faulty heat exchanger. My heating was turned off as the water was running onto the electrics below. I phoned Worcester was told by Laura that parts are guaranteed by them for 10 years from installation. They could supply a new part free of charge but it would take 2 days to arrive. Could I wait a further 2 to 3 days for it to arrive. NO. I AM A 72 YEAR OLD PENSIONER WHO HAS BEEN WITHOUT CENTRAL HEATING OR HOT WATER FOR 2 DAYS!!!! Charley Mae who I spoke to after speaking to a gas registered engineer said the only thing they could do was send me a replacement part in the next two days. They couldn't offer me any compensation for the fact that their part was faulty after 7 years what a shame this is that their customer could not be helped in any way apart from leaving me getting colder by the minute because of their faulty part. I think this company has lost touch with its customers as the gas engineer who got me a part quicker than they could .hebrought from his supplier who brought it from Worcester Bosch in the first place. Couldn't they offer to reimburse me as I'm cold angry at such bad customer service or are they more interested in there shareholders than me.

Over the next few days my years of misery will finally be at a end, when that croc of sh#/e is removed from my property.
No more walking outside to my garage to press the reset button and empty whatever the thing as discharged. No more children shouting dad the shower as gone cold again ect ect.
In order to build my extension I was obliged to buy my neighbour a boiler I brought them a cheap ferroli falcon 80, I opted for 28i Worcester Bosch which I was told was the premium product.
Why do I know the names of the components in a boiler? Why have I met so many heating engineers ?
In all my years this is the single worse product I have ever had the misfortune to use. If it was a plane you would never fly!
In case your wondering the ferroli continues to give sterling service and in case you think the product must have improved every heating engineer tells me that they have actually gone backwards.I Fear I might struggle to find a scrapman to take it away .

The heating side of the boiler has stopped working and u tell me u can't send anyone till Wednesday??!! So when I ask Ur customer service rep if I can find a Worcester approved person and get him out today, will u cover the cost, of course not is the answer!!! I have to freeze at home,( where I also work full-time) for 4 days till you find someone else??!! Then, I ask if I have to buy a heater to see me through the next 4 days, u also tell me that's at my cost??!! I mean, what's the point in paying a premium for your boiler and services when this happens?? We'll be taking you off all specs sheets moving fwd and informing our community to do the same... it's absolutely ludicrous, and when I find the right authority to report too, I will, as your complaints department won't get back to me for weeks Ur customer service rep says...!

We had a new Worcestor Bosch boiler installed 6 years ago, when we had our whole central heating system replaced by a local heating company. We have it serviced every 12 months by the same company, and in that time it has been faultless. We have never had a single issue with it in those 6 years. The heating company recommended this make, and we are glad they did, as the last thing you need is a troublesome boiler. It is quiet, efficient and economical. It came with a 7 year warranty, and as mentioned earlier we have never had to call on it. I think this length of time is a good test, which is why I have not done a review before. Excellent product.

Had a service contract for over 10 years, not cheep, last year no service covid OK with that. This year sent a young kid, no phone call came at the end of the day, said I could not do this time! Made a complante, said I would be contacted in 30 days, no contact, cancelled the mantance contract. Changed from really good to useless. High cost very poor service.

Terrible customer service with lengthy wait for an engineer with no explanation why, then when the engineer came, they damaged the boiler further! We've had to pay out of our own pocket to get it rectified and had no assistance from Worcester/Bosch despite the boiler being under warranty. We shall never use them or their products ever again and I suggest you do the same should you require better service for when something goes wrong!

Have been with them for 17 years and up until this year booking a service took 5 min. Today 6th Sept 2018 it took a 20 min wait to get through. Finished up with 2 separate call handlers and being told they could not come out til November! Told about online booking so tried that and it it was booking up for October? Their call center & online systems don't talk to each other. The service contract went up 13% this year, I now need to look at canceling the service contract & go somewhere better!

Have been really pleased with the performance of my new boiler but you don t really get an insight into a company until you call them for help. Boiler developed a small leak and from the 1st contact with WB to the visit from the engineer, they were excellent. Lots of email and text reminders about the appointment. Engineer was really nice, turned up right on time and sorted issue without any fuss. Even emailed me a copy of the engineers report afterwards. I m really pleased I chose a WB product now, great to know I will be this well looked after with any warranty claims. Please keep up the good work!

as a gas engineer for the best part of over 20 years i can honestly say WB has to be the worst boiler on the market. they are a pain to work on, you need chainmail gloves so you dont lose you fingers with all the sharpe edges, they break when you look at them, prv is in the worst place possible, the flow and return manifolds pin hole and leaks everywhere, heat exchanger ripples, pain to service, expencive in parts, expencive to buy. the only reason they come top in ratings is because of back handers to reviewers. they are to be frank a big peice of expencive shiot. in a rating of 1 to 10 i would give it a -54116885.

Bought a brand new boiler from this company. Fault in boiler despite it being brand new. Took them 2 weeks to come back. Came back and couldn t fix it. Then came back 2 weeks later and refused to to go into the loft because ladder needs to be fixed to the wall . This is despite his colleague using an unfixed ladder previously. Also wouldn t wait while I screwed ladder into wall. I have a pregnant wife and 2 kids an I m unable to get heating/hot water from this brand new boiler or this company. I am sitting here on a paid call to Cust Servs after 20 minutes...still waiting for my call to be answered and 3 similarly unanswered calls to ask a simple question that would take 1 minute to answer . The website is useless and no basic Search option in FAQs so you re expected to read the 5 million random questions to find a similar one to mine. SO surprised a German company has such terrible CS...if it s their UK counterparts, they should perhaps take into account the massive cultural differences re efficiency and respect and launch a training programme to re-educate their apathetic management. Sadly, my expectation of UK trades and services is exactly this experience and makes me reluctant to buy any other product from them. Useless.
