Great boilers shame about the service. Our boiler went down last winter and after multiple attempts to contact them I reached out to the company managing their contracts to be told that Worcester had turned their phones off as they were so busy. I then email Worcester and was directed to their web page related to an entirely different issue. After 3 days waiting for someone to contact me I emailed our local boiler service company (Heelas) at 8pm, who originally installed the boiler, and was called with a solution by the owner an hour later. That is customer service. In fairness to Worcester when I wrote a complaint they did refund some of the service contract but I shall be staying local going forward.
